everything went just fine with the service, warranty and service writer. until the next day after I picked up the vehicle and drove it a day.it started to have a engine miss and ck engine light came on. so then I have a code reader hooked it up to the vehicle and came up number 6 cylinder miss fire. so I took cover off engine and found bent lifting eye hitting the coil pack broke. I know the tech working on it would have notice this when he replace the water pump. I then had to buy a new after market coil pack to get the vehicle going again.
I went here to start my search to buy my first car and I am now a proud owner of a 2018 ecosport. Our salesman David was amazing. Went in for a service appointment and I didn???t have any problems. I talked to the service employee and let them know I was there for a service appointment. They took my vehicle and finished within 45 minutes.
I only get my oil change at Honda, and most recently Gilbert notified me that he was now working at North Honda. I???m so appreciative he did! I live in the area, and it was so convenient. And the customer service provided by Gilbert has never been less than exceptional!
They went out of the way to make the deal for me. Very friendly and knowledge about the truck and what it could do. Salesman earned my respect.
