I purchased online, which can be a scary proposition. However, Mikey at Victor did a great job of describing the vehicle and it was as represented. The entire process was smooth and easy, from purchase to delivery.
Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.
After shopping around at few different dealerships, including the big BMW dealerships... I am extremely happy that I ended up here. My salesman Andrew was not pushy and hands down extremely knowledgeable. He dedicated his time to me and answered all the questions I had. Prices are noticeably lower and vehicles are in good condition. I waited to write this review and just want to say that I recommend this dealer to anyone thats looking for a used vehicle. My X5 has been bringing nothing but happiness thus far.

We live far away so starting with Gary emailing me back and forth on making sure the car was in the lot and responding quickly to the questions I had. To upon arrival, Bauti was a wealth of information on the car I was interested in! The entire staff was welcoming and informative. They have promised a list of items that will be taken care of at a different time as I was particular about some scratches/stains on the car. Keep in mind this was a used car I was looking at so there was bound to be some scratches. They assured me they will fix those so my used car will look brand new! I have no doubt they will follow thru on their word. Bauti was so kind and patient thru out the whole buying experience. He is such a great person who truly cares that the purchase is right for the person buying. His patient personality was a win win for my endless questions! I purchased a CR-V to replace a previously owned SUV which was totaled in a non-moving accident. The purchasing process was smooth and painless. The dealership has a very large selection and after test driving 4 different model years, I settled on 2015 model year. The rep, Dan Aristizabal, was friendly to work with and there were no hard sales tactics. Overall, a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience.
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.
