Randall Ford Service takes good care of my vehicles - confident in their Quality Control
We recently bought a new F150, and also a used 2007 Ford Explorer and have both of them serviced at Randall Ford. We have had nothing but excellent customer service department of this dealership. We spent well over $4,000 to have Randall Ford completely go through the Ford Explorer (had low miles, and got it for a great price and was in pristine condition) and it came out driving like a brand new car. Their service department goes over in fine detail any recommended work, and the final bill was exactly what was agreed upon. I highly recommend this service department. It seems like the service writers and the mechanics actually care about the quality of their work and how they handle their customers. If I had one complaint, it would be how long it takes to get in their 'express bay' for 'the works' routine maintenance, but I am sure this is NOT unique to Randall Ford, as I have made maintenance appointments with other Ford dealerships within driving distance and have found that the RF service department is still better than the other ones in my area. But even though 'the works' takes over an hour of waiting (in a very nice waiting room), the mechanics still do an excellent job of going over every check point, and do NOT overcharge on their work, and are very fair to the customer. So, the wait is worth it, but recommend dropping off and coming back if possible. Overall, I highly recommend this service department.
