I had routine service and VA safety inspection completed in a great turnaround time (about an hour). I also had new wipers installed; however those new blades were horrible. Leckner replaced them for free but I had to drive an extra 50 miles (25 each way) to have it resolved.
Great job! Awesome trucks at great prices. Stopped in to see a Ram 1500. Very nice truck and good price. They let me test drive it and take it to get check over by a shop. IF you are going to buy a used car you have to get it looked over! (A few dealers i stopped said they couldn't let their trucks go get looked at) No issue with Imperial. Came back with a few things needed(expected for a used car) The finance manager came in looked over the report and worked out a great deal. Must say very nice guys , and very down to earth and fair.

After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.

Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
My truck was repaired on time as promised, and the work was done right. My service advisor Joshua was great. He let me know what the problem was, how much the recommended repairs would cost, and when it would be completed.
The salesman, Buks Botha, was great! Straight forward and very quick. Finance was pretty good. There was a little more back and forth than I would have liked but I think that is to be expected when the buyer wants a low payment/interest rate and the dealer wants as much of a profit as possible.
I went to the Koons Kia dealership today to get a tire repaired. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Marcos worked me into their schedule and also took care of the warranty maintenance that was due. I've been coming to this dealership for several years, and have always been pleased with the quality of service.
I had a great pickup, unfortunately a bit tarnished by the previous days encounter for dropping off prior to the appointment. Today, Ben and Ali were super so I don't know if things were just off on Thursday but I hope to never experience the disappointment from the previous day.
I am very grateful for the great service that I received with my 2 Kia Sorentos 2011 and 2014. Mr. Olivero provided excellent service, that was very professional and efficient. An I would highly recommend to anyone.
