Hands down the best buying experience either my wife or I have had. Robert, Josh, Joseph and Mark were great to work with. No haggle pricing allowed us to speak openly on features, pros, cons and needs of our family. My trade-in value was higher than average KBB and what I had hoped for based on condition. The whole family took part in purchase, ensuring our 2 year old would like the new truck! From hoisting our son and NB car seat in and out of trucks, to arranging for change of address forms, to reading the vehicle for pick-up, the experience was easy, efficient, and fun! I recently purchased a 17’ F150 Lariat from Mark Martin Motors. The selection of trucks they have is 2nd to none and that is not an exaggeration. I spent the better part of 3 months looking for just the right truck and no other dealer in the tri-state area stocks the quantity AND quality of trucks that Mark Martin Motors does.
My salesman Jordan was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. At one point during my inspection of the truck, the owner of Mark Martin Motors was casually walking by and stopped over for the better part of 15-20mins to talk with me and make sure I was happy so far in my selection process. He explained to me how they only purchase cars and trucks that “they themselves would buy” He was very genuine and honest during our conversation and it was much appreciated.

Great dealership, friendly staff. I looked at multiple vehicles throughout a weeklong period and Alex and Josh were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They helped me make an informed decision and get a great truck that fit my needs. No pressure, no haggle, very straightforward. They also have a huge inventory of gently used trucks. Highly recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a truck. They range from base models to high end and a lot in between. Prices are tough to beat!
I had a great truck buying experience at New Holland. I purchased a used F350. From the moment I called to the the time I drove off the lot, everyone at New Holland was professional, detailed and not pushy. I came from quite a distance; my salesman, Andy Bogedain, accurately described the truck over the phone, notified me of a small defect after I had agreed to purchase (it was not a deal breaker) and had all paperwork set up when I arrived. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Cherry on top: it's located in a nice little town, right in the middle of Amish Country.
After researching the vehicle we wanted and prices for weeks (& sending out information out to various dealerships), we visited a dealership closer to us that had the exact Explorer we wanted. We ended up leaving unsatisfied with the customer service we received and searched again after we left, for a similar Explorer. That search brought us to Caleb with Apple Ford, he assured us that if we made the drive there they would give us the best numbers possible. We decided to hope for the best and make the trip- Caleb had the car ready out front, they had already started working on a deal for us, and ended up giving us better numbers than we expected! They beat any other dealerships numbers that we spoke with, Caleb was so great to work with from the start, Jackie was quick and efficient, and they had us out in record timing (per our request). We had such a great feeling after we left and are still very happy with the experience we had at Apple Ford - we will be back!
Joe, Henry and Fran went out of their way to make everything perfect!! I have to start off by saying this was a journey I’ll never forget!! It started in Florida where I’m from and I was originally going to buy a car in Atlanta. However, the car in Atlanta was not the car promised to me over the phone even through pictures and videos. I was so upset because I sacrificed leaving my family for this car. I immediately picked up the phone and called Ridesmart Auto which was my plan B. Joe answers the phone and I begin to tell him what my current situation was and how upset I was, he first called me down and when I was able to get back in a normal state of mind we began talking about the car he had in stock that I was interested in but I was very cautious because of what I just had gone through. He reassured me that the car was exactly what he was describing and for some reason I trusted him and I believed in him just by the nature of his voice. The only obstacle now was, I was in Atlanta and Joes car was in Pennsylvania. I took a deep breath and I told him I’m on my way!!! I saddled up and 15 hrs later during my road trip there I get a phone call from my wife that my 1 yr old broke out in hives. Now what???? I picked up the phone called Joe as I’m driving trying to come up with a plan because the original plan was to trade my current car in for the ne VW and drive it 24 hrs bank to Florida the next morning after we did all the paperwork. It couldn’t be so perfect right? At this point I called Jet Blue and a buddy of mine got me a buddy pass for the next morning to fly out of Philadelphia at 9 am. Brilliantly Joe offered to send his employee Fran (which is an awesome man) to meet me when I arrived at midnight at the airport with all the paper work in which he did and worked out perfectly!!! I couldn’t thank them enough and none of this would have came close to happening if Ridesmart auto was as flexible and reliable as they were. I arrived home and finalized everything with Henry in their finance department and my VW golf TDI which is even nicer than they described in my opinion was shipped to me and I’m now enjoying it more than ever!!! I highly recommend this team and dealership and consider them fronded for life at this point. Job well done guys ;-)
Just bought a used 2014 F150. The dealership sold me a truck for a fair price over the phone and held it for me for a couple of days until I was able to drive from Maryland to get it. The sales lady, Marie, and sales manager, Joe, were friendly and not pushy which I appreciated. The truck itself was in better condition than I expected.
I purchased a car today at Thornton Automotive Dover, PA and I could not have found a more professional, hard working, and willingness to do anything for the customer to be highly satisfied. The salesperson and manager were outstanding and bent over backwards to be able to get me in the automobile of my choice. I highly recommend Thornton Automotive of Dover PA.
