Good experience, but double check the offered warranty

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
Bought our first trailer a few weeks ago from Berkenkotter Motors. By far one of the easiest buying processes ever. After showing us a few models and listening to our wants/needs they helped us find the best fit for our lifestyle. Since we are first time trailer owners we have had many questions, concerns, and figuring out to do. Wade and Eddie have helped us every step of the way. From walking us through every button, valve and switch to even helping us de-winterize and turn on all our water valves. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
We bought a truck yesterday and we would not have done that if it hadn't been for Calvin Allen. Our interaction with him was so positive, we just couldn't walk away. We felt like he was giving us the straight scoop and looking out for our interests, also. He is an excellent salesman and a fine human.
Got a super good deal on a Tacoma with these guys. I live in Albuquerque and they picked me up from the airport and literally was in and out of the dealership in 30 min, it was a cash deal and it was so nice to have the dealership understand that up front. No pressure at all to buy any other products as everything was negotiated prior to me showing up. There is always that concern buying a unit sight unseen but as soon as I showed up and I saw that the truck was clean clean clean. Hopped back on I25 South and had no issues whatsoever. Truck really feels and looks new, especially the interior, I cant believe it is used. I can still smell a hint of that "new car smell" when it heats up a little outside when I get in. Have had for a month now and am still loving it. These guys are straight up, I dealt with Nachie, the GM, as well as Victor in Finance, and Rafael and Jesus in Sales, all were very helpful, friendly and most importantly ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. Save yourself from the big franchise lots and stick with this independent. Thanks again!!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend you to any one who will be looking in the future. You deserve all the accolades for finding me the deal and getting me approved.

A bit disappointed with the value of my trade in. Kept my car car and will either sell at a much higher price or donate it.
