Diana Franceschi was the greatest. She made the buying experience enjoyable. Bartow Ford is now my "go to" Ford dealer. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Diana. Thank you for the outstanding service.
Cars Unlimited is a great place to buy a used vehicle. Allen & Co. are not your typical car salesman, so you have the leisure to look at all the vehicles at your own pace without anyone trying to pick something out for you. There were free CarFaxes available on their online inventory, which made finding a few vehicles to look at ahead of time very easy and shows that they aren't trying to withhold any information. When I had the vehicle I was interested in, there was no hassle to take it out for a test drive; we just let them know which one and they brought the keys right out. The paperwork was quick and painless, there were no attempts to sell any extra and unneeded things. They even held the car for a day, without any down payment, so that I could get the money transferred. Allen is a very professional and down-to-earth guy who takes pride in his work, it was a great pleasure dealing with him throughout the purchase. Even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot, I felt that Allen treated me the same, if not better, than someone who were buying the most expensive vehicle. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the best possible experience for my first car purchase. I will definitely be recommending Cars Unlimited to anyone I find that’s looking for a used vehicle and look forward to purchasing vehicles in the future here as well.
What an amazingly different car shopping experience this was dealing with Joey and staff at Cars Unlimited! The whole process took less than four hours! I had researched their inventory online before I even got to the lot so I had a good idea as to what was available and at what price and of course, the vehicle I was most interested in. There are free Carfaxs available for every vehicle. And the testimonials were glowing which speaks loudly to me. In my opinion, everything I saw on their website convinced me that Allen was doing everything right and that this was a totally upfront operation. There was a reason Cars Unlimited has been in business for 28 years. All of this was so refreshing! And the best part is there’s no dickering or negotiating…what you see is what you get at the firm price. Period. Take it or leave it. We did our test drive while being entertained by Joey (Allen’s brother) and once my husband and I made our decision, the rest was stress free. I would encourage absolutely EVERYONE who is looking for a good used vehicle to check out Cars Unlimited first.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I brought my car to Parks because I received great service on another issue in the past. With this issue however I was not fully satisfied with the results. The part that was ordered and installed was not an exact replacement for my door. It didn't have the heated seat button opening in it. I was okay with that but when I drove the car the next day the two set buttons for drivers seat weren't on it either. This was not relayed to me at the time I paid for your service. I was given the option to have a correct part for the heated seat button but it would be $100 more and it would be 2 days for that part to be in Wesley Chapel. I bit the bullet on the heated seat button but was unaware of the other omission.
Brett Rumford is the biggest reason why we keep going back to Park Ford of Wesley Chapel because when we get there we get first class services.
I would highly recommend anyone that needs service to their vehicle to see Brett Rumford he goes above and beyond helping you with your needs.
Thank you Brett Rumford
Great buying experience, great team, including Chris and Lill in service and Wayne in the body shop. Love my continental. Someone hit it when it was only 6 mos old. You think it will never be like new . . . 18 mos after repairs and it's still driving like new. I'll purchase from them again!
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
