I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. We just bought a truck from Ron at State Street Truck Stop and I cannot begin to tell you what a great experience it was. We live in southern Utah and tried to keep our business local, however our local dealer puts one price online and then when you get in there, they tell you a whole different price “oh that price is if you use a certain finance company that charges 17% interest even if you have a credit score of nearly 800” needless to say it was a terrible experience. That was not the case with State Street, they were completely transparent from the second we got there. When it came to financing, rather than having to wait until the contracts had been printed to see a cost breakdown he showed us right on his computer exactly what we were going to pay, which BTW was the best price we found even looking at private party sellers! This is the 3rd truck we have bought from them and it won’t be the last. We will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thanks Ron we are totally loving this truck! You guys are great!
I purchased a 2015 Ford F150 from the State Street Truck Stop this July and had a great experience. I worked with Ron and not only was he professional, but he was extremely knowledgable as well. The entire process from selling my older truck to them to purchasing the new truck felt fair, timely and enjoyable. Also, the group did a great job of letting me work at my own pace and not feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. I would definitely recommend the shop to anybody looking for a new used truck!
I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
Because of Scott Fritsche, I will probably end up buying two vehicles from this dealership. He was not pushy, as he worked at my speed, not his. So much appreciated in this day of age.
Bought a new car today and it was the smoothest experience I've ever had doing so. Jake was in communication with me from the time the car was on the truck on its way to the dealership, notified me when it arrived, and was patient with us throughout our test driving the car for over an hour. Then he took care of all the financing while I was at work so all I had to do was show up and sign. If they have the car you want (or can get the car you want), I wouldn't hesitate to give them a chance.
I recently purchased a low mileage vehicle from Gage. I was treated as if I was a long time returning customer. Performance Ford had the vehicle with the options I wanted at a very fair price. Gage was great to work with and was willing to take care of most everything via text which was super convenient. Ghassan in the finance office was super top-notch as well. Overall a good experience, especially for a large dealer.
Anthony and Caleb were very attentive to our needs from the time we arrived through the whole buying process. We never felt pressured at all. Have definitely been telling our friends about Performance Ford and Lincoln as they admire our new truck.
I've always had a very positive and prompt service on my vehicle. Friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain things to me. Vehicle maintenance can be something you put off because you don't want to deal with it - I don't feel this way when working with Brent Brown Toyota Service Department.
