I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! Sal makes the buying process painless. He is very attentive to your needs, but won't promise you something just because that's what you want to hear. What I really liked, though, is only having to meet with Sal. I didn't have to meet all of his managers and repeat everything to them what I had just explained to Sal. I buy from Sal because he is trustworthy and sincere. I also didn't have to pay a doc fee. Apparently dealers have the option whether or not to pass this fee on to their customers. After doing some research, some dealers in the area even charge the maximum that the state of Michigan allows. That just sounds greedy to me. Thank you Sal and Russ Milne for providing an experience that puts the customer first.

Doug was a great salesman. He did not try to over sell the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions . when I made an offer, he took it to the manager and we came to an agreement. The whole deal was very quick with no issues. The car is what I expected. I would recommend this salesperson to anyone I knew was looking for a good used car.

We???ve purchased several vehicles from Sellers and have had such positive experiences each and every time. Currently our Sales Rep is Andrea Milligan, believe me when I say she is the best! We also service our vehicles there as we know and trust that they are honest, professional and very reasonable with their pricing. They will bend over backwards to make sure no customer leaves unsatisfied.
From the show room to the service department to the body shop this dealership is the best I’ve ever had the privilege to patronize. The entire staff in this dealership is by far the best group of people I have ever encountered.

Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. Thank you both for all your hard work and working with me.
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
Wow what a great team that Taylor Ford dealership has. I work with Jamie Miller In the purchasing of a preowned 2010 F150 4 x 4. I believe she went beyond her responsibilities as far as the sales person goes to make sure that I can get into the truck, she put me in touch with Cindy Roy in the financing department I was able to drive my new truck home that day. I just picked my Ford Flex up from Southgate Ford today. I had not dealt with them previously. I called a closer dealership first and they informed me it would be about a week before they could even look at it. My rear door wouldn't close so I couldn't really wait a week. Southgate Ford had me bring it in the next day although they were extremely busy. They had to send for a part and it was still done yesterday evening which was the next day. Brent was the individual who worked on my car and he was very helpful and pleasant in letting me know the timeline. We are looking for a new vehicle and will look at Southgate Ford first due to our positve experience with their service department.
This is our second vehicle we have purchased from Jack Demmer. Cory from Lincoln & Al from Ford are an amazing team. That can be trusted. Well worth the trip from Traverse City Michigan to do our business with them. Thank you
I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
Can't say enough about my experience with Hines Park and Allen Oxley. Top notch professionalism no matter if it's an oil change or purchasing a new vehicle.
