Overall my experience at Uniontown Ford was excellent My salespersons Santo was very personable & professional, he was very knowledgeable about the specific vehicle I was looking for and his attention to detail was impressive. I am moving to California & he even pointed out that the vehicle I was purchasing was California emission equipped which is very important I never felt any pressure from the entire staff The finance department was also very helpful pionting out facts that I would have overlooked and would have been costly down the road and the trust I had developed with them I ended up purchasing an extended warranty in which I am glad I did The staff acted as a team and there was never any pressure

I started my day by visiting two car dealerships looking for a specific car. The first dealership was not helpful at all, and the second one attempted to sell me a car with less options, more cosmetic damage, for more money. I called Elite and spoke with Jay from the lot of dealer two. He drew up some numbers and made it compelling enough to take the 1.25 hour trip. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and I could tell it was an honest place to do business. The car was just as described on the phone: clean as a whistle inside and out, drove and rode smooth, priced lower than anyone else and had more options! I wasn't planning on buying today but the experience just made it way too hard to head home. I loved every minute of my experience at Elite motors! Thank you Elite and Jay!

I searched the Ron Lewis Automotive website and after contacting Gayle the sales woman it was a great process from there on. I wanted to go up to see Gayle and even though she was scheduled off she met me there . She is the best by far. I also met scott the general manager which was extremely nice to make everything work out . Betty in finance was so awesome to deal with to finalize it all . I am very glad I drove 90 minutes to deal with them because we are so happy with them and how nice they treated us . Thanks For Everything Folks . The Cross’S
Where to even begin?! Kristina Bendel is truly a gem. She definitely bent over backwards to get me into the Solomon family as well as the Ford family. She stayed late when I wasn't sure about my decision and needed a second look, she took the time to explain the features, and also took the time to show me around the dealership. I have never purchased a car where it wasn't completely stressful until now. Kristina should train other sales teams on how to make these transactions fun again! Everyone else at Solomon from the GM to the finance manager were all very friendly and helpful, explaining each step in great detail. I will definitely be team Solomon for life!
I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Solomon Ford. My salesperson was Kristina and she was great. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that the radio would shut off every 3 minutes then reboot and come back on for another 3 minutes. It continually did this for the 2.5 hour ride back home. I called Solomon Ford and spoke with the General Manager Greg Solomon. Greg agreed for me to take the truck to my local Ram dealer and have it diagnosed at Solomon Ford's expense. Greg assured me that the problem would be taken care of. I took the truck to my local Ram dealer 2 times to get the diagnosis. It ended up being the radio itself was losing power every 3 minutes and needed to be replaced. Greg stayed true to his words and paid the local Ram dealer and replaced the radio. I have great respect for Greg and all of the Solomon Ford staff because they honored what they said they would do. In today's world you don't find many people that follow through with what they say, but Greg followed through exactly as he stated. I love the truck. THANKS Greg for being a stand up guy.

The internet has changed how you can find the vehicle you are looking for and in the case of our search for a low mileage conversion van, our search led us to Fox Ford which was located some 375 miles away. We contacted them initially via E-mail and received a prompt response from Derek who is one of their sales staff. He answered all of our questions, conducted a walk around of the vehicle and took it for a test drive. Making the decision to buy it long distance tends to be iffy but Derek ensured all the questions were addressed and helped on the pickup end as we had it transported. There were no inflated prep fees added to the total which is becoming common place and it arrived in better condition than we had expected based on the photos . . which is a good way to be surprised when taking delivery. Overall Derek was straight forward, not pushy in any way and communicated throughout the process. This is what buying a vehicle should be like . . . honest dealer and great customer service.
Excellent dealership with many both used and new cars. I worked with Derek and the service manager on a continuing basis for two or three days before finally sealing the deal. Purchased a 2006 Jeep Liberty which up to this point seems to be an excellent value.
