Erik Badilla followed up with a phone call to discuss prices for different options, we agreed on what I wanted done at that point in time and the car was delivered as promised.
I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
I liked that I was able to get my vehicle serviced without an appointment considering it was a major service performed. Dealer offered a vehicle service menu from which different types of bundled services at set prices can be selected. Pricing was very competitive and did not find the same offer at other dealers.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I went to buy a car and came 2 different time and was not able to connect with a sales person. Met Roosevelt Townsend omg this young assistance in making the process smooth was awesome. I am happy to have went back to carmax and got the best deal and excellent customer service.

We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
I contacted Mario Arellano, whom my family bought 4 Toyota vehicles in the past, for help buying a new Toyota RAV4. He introduced us to Tarek Abdelmuti who took us to various lots showing us RAV4s in various colors and the different classes they come in until we found the exact color and class we were looking for.

I brought in my 2010 Grand Caravan to have the lock actuator and window modulators replaced. I knew these repairs were complex and involved a lot of odd electronic bits. I'd looked into the pricing for the parts and was quoted a fair price for both parts and labor. The repair was properly done and was worth the money. I wish I'd bought my van here!
