I found Coyle online while shopping for a new 2016 Nissan Rouge. There weren't many left as the 2017 model is out and there were great discounts available for that reason. They were about the only dealership that had what I was looking for and were responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle. So, I drove about 85 miles to get the car and even though I got there rather late, they had the car prepped and ready to go. We got the deal done quickly and I was very impressed with the no nonsense approach by the dealership. It was a truly enjoyable experience.
Probably the best car buying experience ever! Started with CarGuru app searching for vehicles. When I reached out for more information, Matthew responded very quickly. Not only buy email and text but with a personal video message. Alexis was able to show us the vehicle we purchased and continued us through the buying process. On final day, Matthew closed us out. I say all of this because the continuity of service and professionalism never changed. The finance team was even able to beat my banks loan rate! This service needed was due to a recall. I had paid to To have this done back in November due to my car not going into gear and rolling back and almost running me over with the door.I had told my car in and had it repaired and found out in August there was now a recall on this problem.The part finally came in and they just completed fixing it with the new improved part even though I had a part put in earlier they were not sure if it was the improved Mechanism so they had to replace it. They are sending me a refund for what I paid in November to get it done and I am just waiting for the check. Zach, the technician that talk to me about the car did a great job taking care of my needs and concerns.
My wife and I were very pleased with our salesperson, Josh Sadler. He was very pleasant, answered our questions, made us feel at ease and no pressure. We really appreciated that.
