This truck is comfortable and quiet. The performance is great and I love the humm of the V-8. I have finally found the vehicle for me!

Impressed with the power from the ecoboost, i was on the fence between the 3.5 EB and the 5.0 but very glad i went with the EB. More power than any truck I've ever owned and 19mpg. The Interior has more features than pretty much any other comparable truck and is well thought out. My only complaint is that Sync 3 is terrible. Its impossibly hard to update, lags 2-3 seconds after you touch the screen, wont scroll, and doesn't understand voice commands. The only saving grace is that if you hold the voice command button you can use Siri from your phone rather than the sync lady, it bypasses all of SYNC's interface and just uses your iphone which is much better. I would also recommend getting the updated USB module so you can use Apple Carplay, that interface is far and above that of SYNC.
Ryan Eilts helped me in 106 degree weather, and had a smile on his face the whole time! He sold me on my favorite car purchase so far! He also helped us get the lowest interest rate, and best deal! Thanks Michael’s Chevrolet!

It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Great truck. Lots of power for towing. Great options. I have had no issues with it. Test drove all of the import and domestic trucks before deciding on buy a ford. Bought it as it had better quality than the others.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Even being a used vehicle it seems long lasting. Drives smoothe, great exterior and interior. Systems all upgraded, power locks, back up camera small for the size truck it is but nice. Would definitely recommend!!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

It has a lot of options that I like however it has a lot of issue mechanically that had to be fixed and there are still issues with the truck that the dealership won’t fix cause there shady
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I absolutely love my car and everyone at Lithia Ford knows my car inside and out! I know it will be well taken care of. Nick actually reminded me about my recalled door latches so, I was able to get everything done all at the same time, saving me another trip back to Fresno.
I live in Clovis and was always told to buy local. So I tried to take my business to the Clovis Ford dealership. Their customer service via internet sales and service department are horrible.They gave no customer service skills or care what impression they leave with potential customers. Told I would get a call back and didn't, later they called me back and gave ridiculous price. My sister purchased a vehicle from Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno two and a half years ago along with the lifetime oil deal. I was with her when she made her purchase and was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff. I have taken her vehicle in for service and was impressed with the Service department also. I brought my Van in for service and explained what I wanted done. The Service department went above and beyond in regards to my Van and I came to the conclusion that it would be better to purchase new instead of pumping more money into my tired, high miles van. When I arrived at the lot I was greeted by Alberto shortly after looking around the showroom. I told Alberto what I was interested in and was immediately taken that area. I was looking at slightly used versus brand new. He did not try to change my mind or apply any pressure. We decided on a Ford Escape and they worked diligently on getting me the best deal possible. Within few hours I left the dealership a proud new owner of a 2017 low mileage Certified Escape and couldn't be happier. I got the best money for my old car, the best interest rate and the best price for the CPO vehicle, plus their customer service and professionalism is beyond any expectations. Customer service was outstanding. No pressure at all from Scott, Phillip or Robert. Easy process and they met my purchasing requirements. Definitely recommend stopping by and speaking to them if you???re in the market. I already miss my Jeep Wrangler but the Cherokee is a great alternative.
