My niece picked out a used car on their lot she wanted. I agreed to go with her to look it over and help her through the buying process. We talked to Lisa Requenes who was the sales lady. She was very nice and helped us through the buying process. We negotiated a deal which she turned into the sales manager Brian. He made a mistake in our favor on the paperwork. I expected a fight but he came back and admitted he had made an error in our favor and we could have the car at our original offered price. What a pleasant surprise. A great buying experience. I could not have ask for a more pleasant car buying experience

Robert is a quiet man being that he is not pushy to seal the deal. He gave me all the info i needed in order to make the best decision for my budget and woked it through to management. I have a Ford Edge i love and am excited i was finally able to get an SUV. Initially I Leased thru him and then purchased the vehicle at lease end. As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.
Overall 4 stars. Didn't give it 5 stars only because I dropped off my car at 9:45am for a 10am apt. Had some errands to run and asked if they could wash it once oil change was complete since i was in no hurry, (remember -I was dropping it off). I got a call back about 2pm that it was ready but we were still running errands, I asked what time they closed. I was told 5pm but to be there by 4:30. We arrived at 4pm and after letting the counter person know i was there for my car they realized it hadn't been washed so they said it would be a quick 5 minute wash, I waited approximately 20 minutes! Not a big deal but my car was ready at 2pm and you waited until i arrived to go wash it??? So not really a big deal but just wished it would have been done before i arrived but in the end it was a free car wash. Gave the facilities 3 stars because major renovation is occurring but I'm sure once it's all complete it will be great. So overall 4 stars.
It took a couple of visits, but due to the persistence of David Pearson, I came out a happy customer. Though at one point we both wanted to throw in the towel. He Was Amazing!! Did a great job and never gave up on trying to help me. He, in my opinion is a great asset to your business.
