Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Jim was completely accommodating to my schedule and made himself available to get the paperwork completed. He also worked hard to get us a great deal and make the unaffordable cost of a vehicle, affordable.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
We traveled over an hour to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I can't say enough about how comfortable they made us feel. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Our salesman Ron Toomey and the General Manager Rick Jacobs Jr. were great. I will recommend this dealership and Ron & Rick to anyone looking for a car. When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely go back.
Took my mom in to trade in her lease and get another one.......Aaron and John worked with us for 2 days to find the best car at the best price that was affordable and safe for her. My buying experience was excellent.Having been in the auto business for 42 years..I know what a customer expects. Jeff Inness did a great job in presenting and finalizing the deal. I would definitely refer anyone to him.
Went for a 39 dollar service included was an oil change, tire rotated, fluids topped off, and brakes checked. They did not rotate my tires at all and how I know they didnt is because my rear brakes are drum and front are disk the rear wheels have no brake dust on them what so ever and my front ones do and plus I had to get a newer tire on the front because it blew and it is still on the front so how do I know if they even change the oil big garages are so shady.
Where to even begin?! Kristina Bendel is truly a gem. She definitely bent over backwards to get me into the Solomon family as well as the Ford family. She stayed late when I wasn't sure about my decision and needed a second look, she took the time to explain the features, and also took the time to show me around the dealership. I have never purchased a car where it wasn't completely stressful until now. Kristina should train other sales teams on how to make these transactions fun again! Everyone else at Solomon from the GM to the finance manager were all very friendly and helpful, explaining each step in great detail. I will definitely be team Solomon for life!
I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Solomon Ford. My salesperson was Kristina and she was great. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that the radio would shut off every 3 minutes then reboot and come back on for another 3 minutes. It continually did this for the 2.5 hour ride back home. I called Solomon Ford and spoke with the General Manager Greg Solomon. Greg agreed for me to take the truck to my local Ram dealer and have it diagnosed at Solomon Ford's expense. Greg assured me that the problem would be taken care of. I took the truck to my local Ram dealer 2 times to get the diagnosis. It ended up being the radio itself was losing power every 3 minutes and needed to be replaced. Greg stayed true to his words and paid the local Ram dealer and replaced the radio. I have great respect for Greg and all of the Solomon Ford staff because they honored what they said they would do. In today's world you don't find many people that follow through with what they say, but Greg followed through exactly as he stated. I love the truck. THANKS Greg for being a stand up guy.

Everything was perfect. Kristina Bendel, my sales associate was very knowledgeable and never pushy! Wow!! They missed a small paint chip during the PDI which Bret Solomon took care of himself... Yes, I'm a perfectionist- and they were very apologetic about the chip and cared about how I felt about my new car. Fantastic experience overall and they come highly recommended! A+++
