We have had two issues with our 2014 Taurus in the last 2 months; water pump and alternator. We deal with Al and both times he got the issues identified and estimates ready so everything was covered when he contacted us with the diagnosis. Both times services were done in a timely manner with the issues resolved.
Maintenance service on my vehicles has been very prompt and courteous. Emily has outstanding interpersonal skills and is a pleasure to work with. The service staff present themselves well and the technicians are very knowledgeable on the vehicles that they service.
I???m very satisfied with the routine maintenance my Honda received. My only complaint, which isn???t necessarily related to the maintenance/ service team, is being called and messaged until i take a survey. I would really like to be able to just bring my car into to be maintenanced and cared for without having several calls, emails and texts the days to come.
My favorite car - a Orange Subaru Crosstek- was damaged in Hurricane Florence and I was in need of a new one. Luckily National Subaru have a nice new Orange one and as soon as I test drove it, I was hooked. My salesman, Chris Roush was just wonderful. Really explained all the new features on the 2019 model and I was feeling better about losing my old car and getting to own the latest model. This dealership goes way beyond customer service and everyone is very professional. Thanks to the entire team who turned a "tragic situation" into a new zest for life.
Service desk staff have always been very friendly and hospitable. The quality of any repair I received from this place has been good, nothing against their work in the service section. Labor fees are very high. Ensure you ask up front what your labor fee will be. Ended up paying over 500 bucks to have 2 thermostats replaced, the majority of the cost was labor. Your car will be taken care of, just be ready to pay. Been going to this facility for 6 years and this last week will be my last time.
Will was extremely committed to working with Chris to get us in the car of our choice. We were not easy customers but Will worked hard and successly got us the payment we wanted as well as gap and an extended warranty. He gave us 5 star service for sure.

J.B. Bryant in the service department always gets my vehicles in and serviced in a very timely manner. My wait time is as short as possible, and the service personnel perform the required service and answer any questions I may have.
I had spent the past 3 months looking for a quality used truck. I had looked at 100's on the internet and several in person, some of which I had taken for a test drive. For various reasons, I had not been able to find the right truck until I choose to make the 2 hour drive from home to Sanders Ford for the first time. Upon arrival, I was allowed to look over the truck I came to see at my own pace. I was able to ask questions and the salesman provided the answers and if he didn't know the answer, he got the paperwork that provided the answer. As the conversation continued, he learned the truck was missing 2 features I was looking for in my next truck. To my pleasant surprise, I learned that Sanders Ford could provide those features and still make the truck affordable for my budget. When my wife and I needed time to discuss the deal, we were given time and privacy to talk and we felt like Sanders Ford was going to make sure we were happy and pleased customers and to our enjoyment, they did. We would recommend checking out Sanders Ford if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. Happy to have found them and enjoying my new ride.
