I had a awesome experience at this location with Gary K. I browsed several cars online , so I already had a list of what i wanted when I went in. Gary was friendly and very helpful in getting me what i want and let me test drive several cars before I chose what I want.
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.

I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! It was easy working with my salesman and service contact. Both are no longer there. Recent service was with a different CSR and went well. My son recently wanted to pay for a future oil change etc for me and while the dealership finanally wotked it out; having gift cards available would have been most convenient.

My Pat Milliken Ford Experience: Several of my Ford Vehicles have been sales with and by the Kelly Family. From the Day I met the Father and two sons that make up the Kelly Sales Team I knew this was a long lasting relationship. I was not sold on a vehicle from the start. Trust, transparency, respect for my budget and specific needs along with wants and desires were expressed from the moment we greeted each other. My vehicle specs and pricing matched my expectations. I felt good about the very day I set foot into Pat Milliken Ford. Kelly Family ??? you have a customer for LIFE! Unexpectedly, and on my own decision, I decided to take my Lariat to have serviced locally as PMF is about 40 minutes from my home. Dealership Service Departments are not the same, boy did I find this out the hard way. After three visits with two being on appointments I was disgusted with my service experience near my home with another Ford Franchise Dealership. Very frustrated I called Pat Milliken and spoke with Scott Duczyminski in Service. He heard what I had to say and listened to know that this was a topic the head of the service department at PMF needed to hear. Pat Lyons, department head, met with me and we discovered the warranty items and he planned a parts ordering immediately the day I was present. The dealership of origination, although a bit out of my way for service, took real life approach on a conscientious client/service team resolution. I was aware from Pat & Scott???s word as well as follow up text messages on the status of repairs. My feelings towards them are with true respect to their trade. The vehicle was not delivered until Pat & Scott were satisfied with my services. They really stepped up where the other Ford Service Department failed. I made sure to call Ford Headquarters department of vehicle services to tell my experience. Now I want to make sure anyone considering Pat Milliken Ford knows that Sales & Service are second to none. I broght in my 2015 200 for repair and then i decided to buy a new car. They had no problem helping me even with my car in their shop up on a hoist. After three hours i walked out with a 2018 dodge charger. This is the fifth car my family has bought from Dick Scott and we will be back when we need a new.

The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
