My Pat Milliken Ford Experience: Several of my Ford Vehicles have been sales with and by the Kelly Family. From the Day I met the Father and two sons that make up the Kelly Sales Team I knew this was a long lasting relationship. I was not sold on a vehicle from the start. Trust, transparency, respect for my budget and specific needs along with wants and desires were expressed from the moment we greeted each other. My vehicle specs and pricing matched my expectations. I felt good about the very day I set foot into Pat Milliken Ford. Kelly Family ??? you have a customer for LIFE! Unexpectedly, and on my own decision, I decided to take my Lariat to have serviced locally as PMF is about 40 minutes from my home. Dealership Service Departments are not the same, boy did I find this out the hard way. After three visits with two being on appointments I was disgusted with my service experience near my home with another Ford Franchise Dealership. Very frustrated I called Pat Milliken and spoke with Scott Duczyminski in Service. He heard what I had to say and listened to know that this was a topic the head of the service department at PMF needed to hear. Pat Lyons, department head, met with me and we discovered the warranty items and he planned a parts ordering immediately the day I was present. The dealership of origination, although a bit out of my way for service, took real life approach on a conscientious client/service team resolution. I was aware from Pat & Scott???s word as well as follow up text messages on the status of repairs. My feelings towards them are with true respect to their trade. The vehicle was not delivered until Pat & Scott were satisfied with my services. They really stepped up where the other Ford Service Department failed. I made sure to call Ford Headquarters department of vehicle services to tell my experience. Now I want to make sure anyone considering Pat Milliken Ford knows that Sales & Service are second to none. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager, Mark Lange, absolutely amazed with his willingness to go above and beyond and help get you the car you really want. He did all the extras that make you feel really good about a deal. I love my new to me car but love that the first time I bought from a dealership, my preconceived notions of salesman and treatment were dashed. Mark is really knowledgeable and will do whatever is in his power to make what YOU want happen for you. Steve Eby is also exceptional, he did everything he had in his power to do as well! The service was excellant ,took Explorer in for oil change. Was in and out quick , friendly staff , great experience. The leasing process was quick and easy through Chris Merriman. Overall great experience at Crest Ford.
