the tem there was great they where very patient with me I was a little picky but only because I wanted the perfect vehicle for me and my family and the staff there all helped me to leave with an awesome SUV thank you so much so in love with it

The best car buying experience ever. Their low prices make it easy to walk away with a great deal without even haggling. I bought a great 2012 Tacoma 4X4 for under $20k. That was like $2k less than any other dealer I visited. Definitely will come back and I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal in trucks. I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.
Samantha replied right away. We arranged to test drive that weekend and purchased the car. Sam was fantastic! She was professional, friendly and very personable. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.
Their service department is awesome. Which is a good thing since Ford cars are not the best quality. Things keeping breaking or wearing out on our 2013 Ford Explorer that I would not expect, or I have not seen in other cars. If you buy a ford make sure to buy the extended warranty or else it will cost you more in the long run.

I had to take my car in for a major recall. Arron Dixon was my SA. He was very attentive and very professional in taking care of my car.The car had to sit at the dealership for almost 2 months while they wait for the parts to arrive. I was very apprehensive that my car would have some type of damage or scratch for sitting outside for so long or that some mechanic would want to take the car for a joy ride. Well when the car was ready, Arron washed the car and had me inspect the car. It was perfect like the day i bought it. I waited to give this review for a few months for fear that they did'nt do the work properly. So far everything is fine and no problems.
Arron and his staff did a great job fixing my car right the first time.
Shannon provided excellent customer service as well as knowledge of the Ford F150 which we were looking to purchase. She listened to the specific features we were looking and found the precise vehicle equipped with everything we asked and proceeded to procure it from another local dealer. Process was easy, efficient and enjoyable. Will definitely refer friends and revisit this dealer for future purchases.
