Purchasing a brand new car is a rear event in my life so I chose Van Bortel Ford because I trust Kitty who stands upon her word. Normally I buy a lightly used car and drive it for 6 or so years. You could imagin my excitement to purchase my brand new 2014 Escape. Excitment quickly turned to dismay after I soon discovered there was a water leak from the windshield, saturating a portion of the driver side headliner. Van Bortel service finally fixed the water leak problem after several attempts. Personally, I always dispised a headliner with those ugly water stains, and now I own a car that will have a long running ugly water stain. Van Bortel promised to stand with me to either clean the headliner or even replace it if the water stain persists. Recently I brought my Escape in to have the water stain treated again or have the headliner replaced. Also the leather seat devoloped a series of cracks that I definately was not happy about, so I also brought the seat to their attention. Service again washed the headliner plus Ford, Van Bortel, and I split the cost of the new leather seat covering to replace the cracked one. Thank you for standing behind your word Van Bortel Ford even for interior up keep!

Best experience my husband and I ever had buying a car. Saw the car online and called to check if it was still available, since we would be coming from Buffalo. James informed us that it was and he would make sure the car was ready for us to inspect and test drive. Loved the car and drove it home that day! Must point out that there was never any pressure to buy the car--totally low-key dealer. James handled all the paperwork that day, a Saturday (i.e., registration, insurance transfer, and found us a great rate on a loan.) James was EXTREMELY helpful the day of the sale as well as after when we were back in Buffalo and had a couple of questions. He went well above and beyond what you would expect from any car salesperson. I would HIGHLY recommend North Coast Auto Brokers to anyone looking for a car--GREAT dealership.
Was looking at a used 14 Tahoe that was just Traded in. Was in Contact with Charlie . He was very helpful in returning emails . Though the price was Right and Tahoe was in Excellent Condition . I owed to much on my current Tahoe so the numbers didn't work for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Charlie .

By far, the best car purchasing experience ever. The entire team at Friendly Ford were amazing. A big "shout out" to my salesman, Mark Morrison"..He went above and beyond to make this buying process fun, stress free and swift.
