We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!

I have purchased multiple vehicles from harold Dorsey in the past and it is always a good experience. The service department has some great ford trained technicians like Tim Heimberger. I will continue to go to thoroughbred ford in the future.

I began buying from Thoroughbred Ford because I was treated like family, Harold Dorsey knows how to listen, how to get you want you want and sometimes even more than you wanted. I always send friends and family to Thoroughbred Ford and why not, it just makes sense.
I found the car I was looking for online but was out of my budget. Contacted the dealer and talk to Dave ???Coach??? Galvan. He not only helped me but work with me before the dealership to make a good deal. In order to do so I had to ask a lot of questions and Coach patiently answered all my emails and phone calls with everything I needed to know not only about the car but about the transaction, etc. He definitely made it happen and help me get the car that I wanted at the price I could afford. If you want to buy a car I definitely recommend Thoroughbred Ford and specially ask for Dave Galvan. Thanks Coach!
This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!

This is my 2nd new truck (F-150) purchased from Gary Crossley Ford and from Tim Parnacott. Both experiences could not have been any easier. Sent Tim some basic specs I had for the truck and a price range I was willing to pay. Not only was I very pleased with the price (which to us consumers is incredibly important), but the vehicle he pulled up to let me take for a test drive was literally the exact vehicle I "built" on Ford's website. Not to mention, it was late in the year and other dealerships I contacted didn't have my desired color, or some feature(s) was/were missing from the ideal vehicle I had pictured.
Purchase day was very simple. I was in and out (including final test drive, trade-in, paperwork, signatures, etc.) in just a little over an hour.
Could not be more pleased with the dealer or with Tim, the sales rep. Thanks to you both! Not only will I be back at some point for another purchase, but any family/friends who are in the market will get a strong push from me to go see Tim and Gary Crossley.

Our new 2019 Explorer is the 5th vehicle in 9 years our family has purchased from Gary Crossley Ford through Lisa Garcia. Lisa is a very diligent, honest and pleasant sales representative to work with throughout the process. Lisa and the entire Crossley Team makes the purchase, ownership and maintenance of our vehicles a trustworthy experience.
Tim was a very good salesman. He was polite and very courteous. We are very pleased with the truck we bought. The dealership was clean and the coffee was good! The finance guy was really nice and explained everything very well.
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
Happy with experience. Took longer than expected. I was surprised they couldn't get the parts for 4 days. I'm very unhappy with Ford about the expense of a tail light. Probably won't purchase another ford until they change their tail light situation.
