Simple process. Be ready for the usual warranty upsells, but if you are, it's pretty easy to do. Price was very competitive in the area.

I didn't have a ton of money to spend, but wanted the best pick-up money could buy... both of those realities collided with this truck. I LOVE this truck! It's been reliable, fuel efficient, it's spacious, it's incredibly good looking, it has everything I need. I can't imagine myself ever getting anything else and I can't see myself even needing a higher 'trim'!
Mike was very helpful and accommodating. As a salesmen myself I appreciated the effort to understand the type of vehicle I was looking for and he did what a good salesmen does. He finds the right fit, not the quickest sale. Mike put me in a 2019 RAM 1500 REBEL which was a car I never considered or thought I liked (after months of researching and testing cars) until he evaluated what my wants, uses and needs of a truck we???re. Nailed it. Got a great deal. Much more professional at Oconomowoc than the Franklin location too overall in all departments. Would recommend.
My experience from the end of November until now has been a 2.5-3 Star.
Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.

I absolutely Love my F-150 It rides like a car and sips gas. There is Nothing I don't like or love about my truck. It is Ruby Red Metallic and strangers are constantly complementing my truck.
Our salesman Bob West was great and really listened to what we wanted. No high pressure sales. Everyone there was great. My husband and I were blown away on how willing they were to work with us to keep us within our budget. Great experience.
Enjoyed the ride, and performance.

This truck is very spacious and leathery. I love the console and dash. Plenty of leg room in back. The ride is smooth for a truck and it looks great!
We had the best salesman in Louie. He worked with us to find the perfect truck and a fair trade. I would highly recommend working with this team again and will recommend Griffin Ford to all my friends after the great experience we had.

My 2017 ford F1 50 best value for the dollar great gas mileage fast acceleration easy to parallel park inside the cabin is laid out so well the seats are comfortable the LED lighting system is in credible best air-conditioning in any trucks sold on the market today in my opinion
This truck is perfect. On the outside, it’s sleek and good looking, and it drives great, with better brakes and acceleration than my last car which was a minivan. The inside of this truck is everything I want, it has nice features like a touch screen that’s easy to navigate, but also an array of buttons so you aren’t stuck relying on a less responsive screen. The seats are large and comfortable and the interior is enormous.
The entire process was so easy with EvS. I was looking to lease a Ford Edge, and Alex was upfront about the deal terms and patiently walked me through all of my questions. Multiple people on the team stayed late to help us get through the paperwork and get us out the door, and they were able to support getting the process started via email. I usually feel like I'm getting screwed somehow in a lease, but did not feel that way with this team.
Silverado or F150...

Both are great trucks and I have owned/driven both in the past. Been driving a 2014 Chrysler 300 for the past 4 years and it was a great, quiet and gas-sipping car. That 6 cylinder had plenty of power and got 34 mpg at 70 mph. Nice...
Got a little tired of getting my road vision blocked by so-o-o many SUVs and trucks - now that they dominate vehicle sales, so I opted again for a full-sized 4x4 truck. For my money, I chose the F150. I also have great respect for the Silverado, but wanted more of a truck ride than a cushy car ride. The F150 is smooth, quiet, very functional and better suited to someone who wants to own and drive a truck.
I think Silverados have a more car-like ride and are probably best suited to someone that is sure to keep it on the pavement- with an empty box.
If you want something that rides a little stiffer, and really want to actually haul stuff - get a truck - get an F150....
Very professional and friendly staff, you won???t go wrong buying from them as they do an excellent job. Alex was great to work with and I would recommend him and the dealship to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I traded in a F350 for my current F150 mainly because of the deal Metro offered. I was a little reserved down sizing but was extremely pleased with the performance. My current F150 is a Tuscany package on top of the factory Lariat. Let me tell you this truck drives it’s self. The F150 has amazing ride, power and towing that I wanted and need. I have only owned it for 6 months but have run it through its paces with towing and traveling with the family. It’s tough enough to pull a loaded dump trailer, 14’ enclosed trailer and yet comfortable enough to ride distances in. My kids love it and there is plenty of room in the back seat and power for their games. Highly recommend the F150.
Friendly and courteous sales people and the new lease went easy. Luis did and outstanding job showing me how my new Arcadia functions worked. The car was cleaned and ready to go when I got there. Thanks everybody at John Paul???s Buick.

Well stitched leather leather and wood trim accents, electronics everywhere. Take a high end sedan and make it into a truck. You can’t go wrong with the Platinum edition.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
