After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
We were so happy after the first time dealing with Don Franklin and our salesman Darryl Bond it was an easy decision where to go 2 more times! We got great deals with no stress or pressure, Darryl Bond worked hard and found us exactly what we wanted and got us a really good deal. Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
Offered me about half what two other places offered me on my trade, could not come down on the price of a uncertified 2017 Ford Edge. They were over $2,000 more than the advertised price of a certified vehicle with exact same features and less mileage. Also the mileage of the vehicle is advertised as approximately 26k and Was over 30k when I came to test drive. They are not competitive, I regret driving the 1 and 45 minutes to come to this dealership.
They were polite, but uncompetitive on price.
Also check engine light was on in the car.
I was shopping for a used suv. I did not stop by there shop but I inquired online about a vehicle. And they called with in minutes. They were very friendly and tried there best to help me with a vehicle. Will be checking them out again in the future.
We can't say how much we appreciate the customer service by Madison County Ford, in particular Randy Miller who made this process of buying a used vehicle very simple. Randy took the time to go over every detail possilbe from start to finish, after buying the Escape, he took us through all the features.
I must also comment on the facility, just incredible should sum it up
I was shopping for a reliable used car for my son, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Mike was very easy to work with. He answered all of my questions, and we were able to work a good deal. I would highly recommend both Mike and this dealership. Very nice people and easy to work with.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We saw a car online and decided to go to Chrysler of Lawrenceburg to see it. They treated us like family and helped make dealing with trading cars a good experience. We have never been treated any better by a dealership. Steve Grogan was the salesman and he was the greatest. I would definitely recommend Chrysler of Lawrenceburg to anyone who wants to trade or buy a new vehicle.
This was the first dealership I've ever visited to purchase a new car for myself. I had a great experience there, and enjoyed interacting with everyone there. My first experience purchasing a car exceeded my expectations!
Gates Nissan Service personal always give me the Best Experience for the last 5 years. I chose to buy my car here because of the excellent service I had received on my previous car from them. They are thoughtful of my needs and time. Always courteous and respectful. They know my car and they know me! They do their best to work within my budget and my limited availability with my work schedule. They always make me feel important and not just a number. Great people!! If you need your car serviced there is no better place to take it!!!

I rate the delearshop a 5 mostly because of the sales representative Ashton Thornberry he was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and also the dealership ha a very good selection of the trucks I was interested in.
