I found a vehicle online and was contacted by one of the sales staff. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful in answering questions. I live several hours from the dealership and asked if they would meet me halfway to complete the deal. I've done this in the past when purchasing a vehicle some distance from my home. The salesman instantly agreed, saying that wouldn't be a problem. As we negotiated for the truck, the salesman was quick to respond and went above and beyond in answering my questions.
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
Had service completed on my Corolla and was completely satisfied with customer service and the service completed on my car. I really liked the video of the service on my car. People were genuinely nice and curteous.
As Usual a lot of people waiting. The representative was very nice and pleasant. You meet new people in the lobby while waiting. It made the visit and wait not so time consumming. I would recommend your Service to anyone. I wish my oil change wasn't so expensive.

My husband and I visited Mel Hamilton Ford on a Monday evening to check out used trucks. We really had no intention of buying that day, and in fact, had not made our previous six vehicle purchases from a ???regular??? dealer due to previous negative experiences (they were all CarMax purchases). We were met on the lot by Jason Holland who listened closely to what we were looking for a why. He didn???t try to steer us towards something different at all. We found a used truck, sat down in his office to talk and there was no pressure. He was the easiest car salesman I have ever dealt with. We ultimately decided to purchase a brand-new Explorer, and even after changing our minds, taking a test drive, and having quite a bit of discussion regarding what we were going to do, we left the dealership about 3 1/2 hours after walking onto the lot. Never in my life had I purchased from a ???regular??? lot without spending countless hours there. Everyone was kind, and friendly. Definitely changed my perspective regarding car buying!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
