The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

When I came to the Good Chevrolet dealer in Renton, I was in fact not looking for a Chevy model. I had contacted the dealership through email initially but, by luck of the draw, I was approached by a certain individual, Olivier (or Oliver), who ultimately made the difference on my car buying decision. It was after my second visit to the dealership (about a week after the first visit) that I was getting serious about purchasing the car I was looking at. Oliver took the time I requested to take a somewhat extended test drive and made me feel comfortable with taking my time and answering my questions about the car itself, the price, etc. The best part about doing business with Oliver is that he seemed to care whether or not I actually wanted the car and never went so far as to force anything on me or make me feel pressured or rushed. He worked with me through my whole decision making process from making sure I took my time making my decision, making sure the price was right, and my trade-in was valued as highly as it could possibly be. I actually took the time to consider all my options and, at the end of the day, I made the right one by leaving in the car I was looking for. Thank you Oliver (Bryan and Mike as well) and thank you Julie in the finance department for all your help in making sure I was taken care of. They even assured me that a couple of things wrong with the car that I pointed out (fish eye crack in the windshield and loose passenger seat) would be taken care of (although a week-ish later) and they delivered. If you are serious about your car search, do not skip over Good Chevrolet. I had test driven many cars at many different dealerships and few managed to make me (the shopper) feel like my purchase mattered more than their sale. I???ve made it a point to purchase only used vehicles in the past after a miserable experience at another dealer. I got the price I was quoted before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, and they even helped me find financing when mine fell through. The finance dept. was quick and painless, and most important to me: nobody tried to upsell me on anything. I was asked if I wanted any type of accessories or warranty items, I said no, and it was never brought up again. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything, and my salesman Chad Ojard is a stand up guy, ask him about his Mustang. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Chad and his team made the drive to Olympia totally worth it for me.

I have done a lot of car deals in my life and I've often felt pressured to buy. I did not feel pressured by Rodney and Travis at Bruce Titus Ford and was treated very well in my car shopping experience. I felt that I could trust the dealer. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle due to my trade in value, but will most likely do business with this dealership in the future.
Missing cargo mat that was in the pictures. Never disclose that there was Only 1 set key which is &500 to buy. I understand it’s a used car but still need to tell buyers what comes with the car. The salesman was awesome. Kasra was very friendly.
