Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
5 Golden stars! I was in the market looking for a new car had been searching for almost a month. I ran across Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh while watching Sunday night football ball.. seen this 2014 max and that I had to have! I inquire about the car the next day and a online rep contacted me about my inquiry. I set an appointment for the same day! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership with all good hopes of bring home a car! As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was actually looking for the rep that I had spoke with earlier that day but she had left for the evening. MACKLY, my guy! He was beyond great! He told me that the lady I was looking for was out but he could definitely help me! I sat down with him and discussed exactly what I was there for! Instantly he grabbed the keys to the car and we headed for a test drive! Man this car was CLEAN! Mackly was very knowledgeable with his information provided! Seems like him and I had met once in this lifetime! I felt right at home! Once back at the dealership things went good and smoothed and fast! Of course numbers were ran and Mackly did his best while working with his team to get me a good and affordable rate! Long story long or more so short! Fred Anderson Nissan is great dealership with great people I wouldn???t mind any day doing business with!
I was looking for a very specific car and found it at Cabriolet Motors. They had extensive photos on line and would send any additional photos should you need them. Literally more than 100 pictures. They allowed me to have the car checked out by a Mercedes repair shop nearby this giving me further assurance. I flew to Raleigh from DC to pick the car up and drive back. They picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. I finished the paperwork and off I drove. Great experience. It’s been five months and I still love my Mercedes S 400. Thanks!

I would highly recommend Drew Velez. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and fair when searching for a new car. I was stuck between picking one of two cars and he took the time to find out what exactly I was looking for and helped me pick the best car, which worked out great.
My situation is probably unique, but I filled out an online form requesting they help me look for a 2009 Honda Fit. I submitted it on Wednesday, heard from Jay (salesman extraordinaire!) that night, and then by Friday, drove home with the exact car I asked for. That goes to show that University Ford is willing to move fast to get you in the car you want. They're also diligent about checking email and online request forms, so for those of us who deal best in the "virtual world," that's a major plus. They made the entire buying process as straight forward and painless as possible. Just an all around positive experience. I highly recommend dropping in to see Jay and the rest of the team (it's a small operation, which is also a plus in my book). I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again someday.

Lately I've been looking for a used car to add to the family as we now have 2 kids driving. I'd had a positive, low-pressure experience two years ago so decided to return when I saw they had a number of used Ford Fusion. I was greeted by David Harrington and with minimal hassle took two of my target cars out for test drives.
I hadn't fully made up my mind to purchase a Fusion and David was politely persistent during my purchase process, arranging for an additional test drive for my wife while I continued looking around.
