I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
I was treated with great respect and every aspect of my repair was explained in detail. Constant communication and updates about my repair was made to both my self and my husband. I will make sure that if my car needs repairs again I return to Fayetteville ford!!

Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Very patient and professional . Marvin is very Knowledgeable about all vehicles . I had an great experience with Marvin and ALM and I would definitely recommend ALM to anyone looking for a great condition used car and Marvin as the salesman.
Tim was absolutely an outstanding salesman throughout the whole process. He was patient, worked with us to get us the best deal possible and wanted to make sure the truck was running great with no hidden problems when we drove off the lot. He was very friendly throughout and wanted to work fast and efficiently, so we didn't have to spend a whole day at the dealership. You can tell he works to take care of the customer first. And as an added bonus, he filled the tank up before we left!
Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
Every time I bring my car for service I’m greeted with a smile by Tim my service rep. He makes you feel so welcome and the team is prompt and efficient. Beautiful, comfortable, spotless facilities. Reasonable pricing. Honest assessment and don’t try to add on things that aren’t necessary. I won’t go anywhere else.
Lionel Amachree was a huge help. His customer service is what you look for in a cars salesman. He answered every question I had and was very friendly. His help is the only reason I walked out of the store with keys in my hand.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this dealership. I shopped around at two other places but I ended up coming back to this dealership. Staff was friendly, polite, and even had a sense of humor. I would definitely recommend this place if you wanted to buy a vehicle. .
Needed a battery ASAP. Stopped in to see when I could get one installed at 5:00 pm. Heath said they could do it right now. No appointment needed. We were out before 6:00. A $20.00 rebate and great warranty made the deal even sweeter. If you have a Ford don't bother shopping around like I did. Just go here.
