They did go above and beyond to fix the issues I had, but they seem so unorganized and scattered. The head girl in service finally started to put it all together. I was disappointed that my car came back to me very filthy, I believe it set outside the ten days they had it. They were to call me as the driver was bringing my car to me (over a 2 hr drive) but he just showed up. They were to call me the next day...that didn’t happen either...
My experience was great my sales rep name is Tyler young guy I think he’s like 22 years old but as son as I walked in the building he made me feel like I was apart of Mazda family great guy great customer service Mazda became my family for ever
