My situation is probably unique, but I filled out an online form requesting they help me look for a 2009 Honda Fit. I submitted it on Wednesday, heard from Jay (salesman extraordinaire!) that night, and then by Friday, drove home with the exact car I asked for. That goes to show that University Ford is willing to move fast to get you in the car you want. They're also diligent about checking email and online request forms, so for those of us who deal best in the "virtual world," that's a major plus. They made the entire buying process as straight forward and painless as possible. Just an all around positive experience. I highly recommend dropping in to see Jay and the rest of the team (it's a small operation, which is also a plus in my book). I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again someday.
The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. My sales guy, Scottie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn’t put on any pressure, made everything extremely easy to understand, and let me take my time! I am just so impressed and happy with my experience. When it is time for another upgrade, I will certainly be going back to check out what’s on their lot FIRST before anywhere else! If you’re looking to upgrade your car and/or sell your car definitely GO TO CARMAX!!!!!!

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
From the minute I enquired with Angel over the internet to my wonderful service by my salesman Bob to the ease with which I met with Finance purchasing from the dealer was the easiest process around thank you for being a great honest dealership
I went to County Ford in Graham NC to look at a 2016 Ford F250. The salesman, Chuck Joyce, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I felt that we were both working toward the same goal. He owned the same make and model of vehicle i was looking to purchase that was about 15 years older with 200k+ original miles. I worked with him and one of the sales managers and they helped with all the available incentives. The dealership is a smaller, more rural dealership that had a far better atmosphere and provided a better experience than my experiences with larger dealers in the Raleigh/Durham area. I have recommended this dealership to a few friends and co-workers who are also looking to buy but found other dealerships in the area to be off-putting.
Even though there was an issue with the air conditioning on my new 2017 Escape, I could not have had more concerned staff looking after my needs. I was supplied with 2 different loan cars to accommodate my needs and everyone was both cordial and supportive. I would (as I have several times already) come back to County Ford for both sales and service. Herman

Service was fine..Called 2xs to get it serviced before I actually got it in..told the service dept was booked up..I needed to make appointment..my schedule didn't allow me to do that cause I wasn't on a set schedule..the younger guy that answered the last call was very pleasant and got me in..many thanks
