I found the car on "Cargurus" called the Dealerand made an appointment. Got to the Dealership and worked with Eylish. She was able to answer all my questions. Was very honest. She worked very hard to earn my business. I appreciate the way she explained what was going on during the Sales process. It was a pleasure buying a Car from her. I also appreciate the Manager introducing himself and then Thanking me for my business.
I found car online and called Eddie Ackerman and he had car and paperwork ready when I arrived. Drove car and loved it. He then brought paperwork for husband to sign and made it very easy. Go see Eddie Ackerman for a great experience.
I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two.
Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah!

Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options
So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up.
So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.
Excellent Service and available appointment time. Very nice service people and clean waiting area. I liked getting the review of all of the findings (or no findings on my service) and the service man explained that my car is in goo working order.

I brought in my car for a scheduled oil change and to check out a new rotational noise. Everything noted in my original request for the appointment was on the service computer when I arrived and all was addressed. The rotational noise took a while to sort out so I was expecting a larger than normal labor cost, but the total was discounted on the final bill.
As it took the rest of the service day to determine the cause was a feathering on one front tire (Michelin), I was unable to do more than determine the cause of the noise that afternoon, and researched possible remedies on the Michelin site at home. A service consultant there recommended that your department call them for the possible issuance of a warranty-covered credit and I was told, when I picked up the car, that Zach would do so and get back to me on Monday. However, I have received no call back as of this morning (Wednesday).
I am pleased with the friendly and quick customer service that I receive when I go into Chatsworth Ford. I have done business with this dealership and will continue for the foreseeable future. A great company to work with.
