I saw an ad for a 2014 Genesis Coupe with 52k miles the night before I went in. The next day I called them up and was greeted by Patrick, I asked if I could come in and see the car and I was told that it was okay. I arrived maybe 3 or 4 hours later and saw the car, it was in great condition. Took it for a spin with Patrick and when we came back I was ready for paperwork. I ended up buying the car and traded in my 2018 Civic LX with only 6800 miles, I was pleased when they gave me some room with my positive equity on the car. Usually used car dealerships are pretty scummy when it comes to trade ins. Another thing is that they financed me through Launch, which is local to my area in Palm Bay, so it's nice that the banks they do business with are reputable. I'm very happy with the car. Patrick and Todd were genuinely nice dudes, weren't aggressive about their sales tactics. One thing that I should mention though, if you come here, you're buying a used car. Especially if it's a sports car, come in with the mindset that it needs all fluids replaced/topped as well as some parts. The engine bay makes a slight clicking/cricket noise upon closer inspection so I'm going to perform maintenance on it as well as take it to the local Hyundai dealership to investigate. My own research suggested that the fuel injectors that Hyundai's GDi engine makes that noise and is normal on all of them, but better safe than sorry. My Genesis Coupe actually has factory warranty on it for another 15 months/9k miles, it's almost unheard of at used car lots, so I'm definitely going to take advantage of that.
Went here to check out some trucks. David Pariso was very easy to deal with, and was not pushy. I went in picked out a truck, test drove, did all the paperwork and tags, and heading home with my new truck within a few hours!

They not only were sensitive to my emotional stress but also very accommodating to my disability as I have been battling Parkinson???s disease for almost16 years. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was not under any stress during the entire process. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for your kindness! I am a Loyal Customer for Life. Dave was ABSOLUTLEY amazing, he worked with me on everything I wanted and managed to put me into a great car with a low monthly payment. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car and I???ll definitely be going back to him in the future!!
Appointment was on time and work done is fair amount of time. Was expecting was but maybe the machine was broke down. I am never sure that things like break fluid are checked, power steering, etc.
Other wise very happy.
Both Donald Montgomery and David Tucker provided excellent sales support. Donald, the New Car Manager, provided much appreciated assistance regarding the trade in of our 2016 Edge. David, the Sales Representative we worked with to purchase our new Explorer, was extremely helpful and understanding. Overall, they both made my wife and I feel at ease during the entire sales experience. Great job!

We found the Honda Accord 2016 with the great drive, low mileage and fair price. Eddy Mondesir helped us a lot to find a car to fit for us. He also friendly and service mind. It's no pressure at all to buy a car over there. The sale manager explained very well about the cost and financial, and also sincere to us for showing the price from KBB and carfax to compare with their dealer. It's very impressive!
