The service was done very well, but the driver's seat will no longer go all the way back, and I was informed it will cost $1,100 to fix it. This is the second major system of the car to fail (sunroof). That does not make me think highly of the quality of a Lincoln car. If you (the Lincoln company) can not do better than that, I will not buy another Lincoln! Yes, I am angry and disappointed.
I called to schedule my 2016 Lincoln MK-C for repair of a potential problem in the front suspension and an oil change. I was able to get my vehicle scheduled in for repairs promptly. Upon picking up my vehicle, I learned that warranty work on the front suspension was conducted and my oil was changed. My vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. I was very happy with the overall service and all staff members we talked with were very kind and helpful.
From the start with Paula this was the best dealership experience ever. Steven Ward was our sales person and would recommend. Also talked directly to Tony Toomey. Both were very open with information and invoices and very focused on maximum customer satisfaction. Finance Manager Mickey Hammers who finalized the sale was also focused on our needs and open with the financial side of the sale. Personal best and would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to start with DPatrick Boonville. It will save you the time and effort it takes to shop around for the best deals. No need to go anywhere else. OUTSTANDING start to finish.

This was the best purchase of the year with no changes or alterations to what was promised on the FIRST VISIT..
I must cases there's always changes in the end to try to get more money out of the customer..
Bought an expedition from them in 2014. They didn't have the one my wife wanted in stock so they found one and traded the other dealer 300+ miles away. We were never pressured one time by anyone which was great as we were not sure on what we wanted / needed. The entire staff was very helpful and patient with us over a few weeks time and several trips to the dealership. Easiest auto purchase I have ever made hands down no pressure from finance manager either! For the last 4 years the service department has handled routine maintenance as that is all that we have needed but we have been very happy with their service. Any time we call they always can work us in in a day or two. Once we are there they a quick and come out to give us an update on the status of the work. Then once they are finished they go over anything that might need to be watched or further checking. Also, they keep track or recalls and such and handle them while we are there.
I am not a Ford guy but I believe you should pick your dealership first. With that being said I am a D-Patrick boonville guy so that makes me a Ford guy.
