Fine vehicle. Fine dealer. Fine history of great vehicles and superior service and technology. I am a proud Ford owner for life. I’ve never had any issue with my fords. Plenty of regular easy maintenance and she’ll last a lifetime.
I went in looking for a used car something good on gas and talked to Carlos, he was very informative and worked well with my budget got me situated in a car I really enjoy, definitely coming back to him

Like the features, gets decent gas mileage for a four wheel drive. It’s very quiet and rides good, has plenty of power with the 5.0 V8 but the new 10 speed transmission is junk, it doesn’t know what gear it wants to be in !!!!
Most comfortable truck I've owned. Interior is great, very spacious and comfortable. SYNC with android auto works great. The 2.7 EcoBoost gives me the power to tow and haul as needed but the efficiency for my 88 mile commute. Love this truck. My 3rd F series truck - havent been let down yet!
I do not feel like I am in a truck when I am in this vehicle. I love my F-150 Platinum 4x4. It is the best vehicle we have ever owned. The bells and whistles on this vehicle we are still trying to figure out. It rides to smoothly.
I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him before and I've been coming to this dealership for many years. About twenty minutes later, Nick advised me that the oil change as well as other inspections and services were completed. He also advised me that my tires were wearing on the insides and that a four wheel alignment was needed to correct the issue. I was so impressed at how well he explained, in detail what the problem was. Normally I wouldn't have accepted this advice, but I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and asked him to proceed with the repair. In addition to thoroughly knowing his job, Nick was exceptionally professional. I was so impressed, I made a point to tell the General Manager of my experience before I left. Thank you and great job Nick!

I have to say, I test drove a 2018 Denali & my 2018 F150 XLT blew it away
in handling and comfort. With the 3.5 twin turbo, it is the best tow vehicle I've owned.
I worked with Jim Solomon and it was the easiest transaction I ever experience. Every part of the purchase was easy. Including the UBER ride from the airport to the finance department. I really like the quality of the lift on the truck and the truck was exactly like he said. If there is one thing I noticed, the truck could have been cleaner. However, I had a long drive and it was going to get dirty anyhow. But other than that it was great.
Jeremy was fantastic. He walked me through the purchase of my 16 Ram. He arranged the shipping. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. I have to admit I was nervous about the purchase. Once it arrived it was better than I had expected. Trevor followed up with me just to make sure I was satisfied. If you're in the market for a pre-owned late-model vehicle, highly recommend them.
Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

Rides real smooth, love the lines, and great trim level. I used to be a diehard GMC guy but the last few Fords have changed that.
I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

5.0L is a proven engine, glad I made the change from my Eco.
Center console in this truck is much better than the 40/20/40.
I pleasure to drive and extremely comfortable.
I Just came by and looking for a car that I seen on internet, and they guide me so well and accompanied me to search and test drive the car, that's why I bought one of that car on that day I came there, and also they give you money back for 5 days if you don't like the car. Thanks Car max.

I am very pleased with the Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 this truck is eveythat I was looking for in a truck. Has the 6 cylinder eco boost engine with 10 speed transmission, off-road package, tow package!
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
Truly a Friendly, Fair and Professional Dealership!
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
