We brought the car in for a check-over after a - hmmm - 'road-side adventure. Smail crew gave it a thorough examination and a clean bill of health. Then they put on our sno-tires, balanced them, and did an alignment. Typical Smail treatment.

has more leg room then my old 2006, perfect. stayed with the reliable v8. the interior is very comfortable and is very fun to drive

Fine vehicle. Fine dealer. Fine history of great vehicles and superior service and technology. I am a proud Ford owner for life. I’ve never had any issue with my fords. Plenty of regular easy maintenance and she’ll last a lifetime.
Women sometimes are looked upon as not knowing much about cars. But at Kenny Ross Ford, I was respected, treated like royalty and felt as if i knew what i was talking about. Jim is an absolute Jem of a salesman, and took his time ; as with a woman i tend to talk more then men. I was at ease and never pressured. Everyone there was kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain whatever i asked of them. I am grateful and am looking forward of having an on going relationship with this dealership. i am very happy and excited about my brand new vehicle that i just drove home with a heated stearing wheel, as women get cold hands, but have a warm heart to compensate. This was truly an amazing experience the car we bought was due to be inspected in December they had me drop it off inspected the car did Admissions and oil change and Alignment topped off all fluids changed filters and put four new tires on my car because they needed them all for no charge to us!!! I've never experienced anything like this and my husband has been buying cars for over 50 years and was totally impressed we will buy from Choice again!!!

Rides real smooth, love the lines, and great trim level. I used to be a diehard GMC guy but the last few Fords have changed that.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Like the features, gets decent gas mileage for a four wheel drive. It’s very quiet and rides good, has plenty of power with the 5.0 V8 but the new 10 speed transmission is junk, it doesn’t know what gear it wants to be in !!!!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Most comfortable truck I've owned. Interior is great, very spacious and comfortable. SYNC with android auto works great. The 2.7 EcoBoost gives me the power to tow and haul as needed but the efficiency for my 88 mile commute. Love this truck. My 3rd F series truck - havent been let down yet!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I have to say, I test drove a 2018 Denali & my 2018 F150 XLT blew it away
in handling and comfort. With the 3.5 twin turbo, it is the best tow vehicle I've owned.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

I do not feel like I am in a truck when I am in this vehicle. I love my F-150 Platinum 4x4. It is the best vehicle we have ever owned. The bells and whistles on this vehicle we are still trying to figure out. It rides to smoothly.
We traveled over an hour to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I can't say enough about how comfortable they made us feel. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Our salesman Ron Toomey and the General Manager Rick Jacobs Jr. were great. I will recommend this dealership and Ron & Rick to anyone looking for a car. When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely go back.
Few weeks ago I had my car service by Dan Curley......awesome job....inspection etc...10/31/2018 my first accident in a lot of years....I called next morning took my car down....Nate R. took care of me and my car right away....(Have to say the two young ladys at the front very friendly and great big smiles and they also do excellent job) Work was done I am very happy I purschase my car there (after 19 years holding on to my other car why did I ever do that) But I am one happy camper.......I was treated awesome and the service on both visit really great....Thank you staff at Kenny Ross Ford Library Road.....
