Mike Carrozza, from the moment i pulled in took care of me. I had issues with my hood and door check with Rust and called it into FORD right away and got back to me with a solution on the same day. Something you do not see in customer service anymore. From Taking in my car for repair (Which took a week) he kept in touch with me every step along the way. And to go far and beyond made sure all the services in my Vehicle were up to date. I went today to this dealer to buy a car, everybody was so helpful , everybody was so nice i really appreciated all of their hard work because it is really helpful.I swear if it was possible i would give 10 stars , because they are the best. I would really recommend this dealer to everybody who is trying to find a car , and trust you would really get out of there driving.
