We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn???t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
I arrived just after 4 p.m. & they were busy. It took almost an hour but the customer lounge in the fast lane is a nice place to wait in. they got my work done as quickly as they could that night & as always the service was curious & friendly.
I received excellent service and was appreciated and respected by Jonathan Fern. He explained to me what they were going to do and when my service was completed, he shook my hand and expressed his gratitude for my business. He also liked my 2016 Mustang Convertible. 😀😍😀
Went to get new plates installed and also a signal reflector on the front lightrepaired that had come loose, this was all scheduled when I arrived the tech said will take a picture of the light lense and send it off to ford for approval, and you can schedule another appointment. It???s a 2 hr round trip so I was not happy. Thanks goodness the sales mgr got involved and they came up with a solution to fix it with parts available and my 1 hour visit turned into 3 hrs but I didn???t have to have another trip to make. They also gave me a loner to drive for lunch. So all in all after a bit of stress it got resolved.
I came in for an oil change on a very busy cold day. They washed my car first so it wouldn't freeze up when I left. Then to my surprise they showed me what was under the hood -- a mouse nest -- which they then removed and checked for any damage or critters. Thankfully, no damage nor critters. They promptly completed the oil change, tire rotation, informed me of an item for future attention, and sent me on my way -- all at a great price. I am sorry I didn't get the name of the mechanic who was very professional and did a great job as well as the service advisor. Thanks again.
Service department had the car a day longer than indicated, but assured me that it was no problem to keep the loaner car. Ryan was super helpful and even ran after me to return my thermos that I had left in the loaner car. I can???t stress enough that the service staff of freeway ford is amazing and super helpful. Unfortunately I think ford sold me a awesome car that is falling apart at 35k that???s sad and shameful. I can???t imagine it was the service center, but the gas cap doesn???t seem stay securely shut anymore and i don???t remember that prior to my bringing it to the shop.
A short phone call was enough to initiate the process. It helped the frustration ease. Tyler was prepared and ready once the molding was received. Thanks for expediting.
