Joe Andres is a top notch salesman. I contacted him and told him the make/model van we wanted to see and that we would not have much time as we were traveling to visit family the day before Thanksgiving.
Joe had five mini vans pulled up the the front of the building with the exact options and miles we requested ready to go. He had our car appraised while we test drove the vans and presented us simple numbers all within 45 minutes of arriving. I have bought many new and used cars and his professionalism and timeliness was greatly appreciated. We came back a couple days later and bought a used 2018 van and Joe had all the paperwork ready to go which allowed us to be in and out of the dealership within an hour. I was leasing a 2016 Kia Optima through this dealership and loved how smooth the process was with that car, I was in for an oil change and had decided to look into buying out my lease since my mileage was starting to add us. Dave Zaprev was so knowledgeable and kind through the whole process. After all my questions and concerns we went over the benefit of just buying a new car vs keeping my lease. The were able to get me a fantastic deal within my price range. I love my Kia and honestly would not go to any other dealership. I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.

My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
Not much to say accept excelent customer service . Answered all my questions without beating around the bush . Made going into a dealership to buy a car almost fun . They didnt have to work very hard though , the cars sell themselves
My first "car" was a 1953 Ford Pickup that I purchased in 1973. I've been a truck kinda gal ever' since! My and my critter outgrew our Ford Ranger and I really missed the performance of a V8. I went to Jess Ford in Omak, WA because I like the folks in the Service Department.
I did some research and found that the F150 is still the leader of the pack...and my Son acquired one last summer and I was very impressed with how roomy it is, a Super Cab with a short bed....pretty cute!
Jessica Nordmark and I made an appointment to "see what's available". Me and my dog drove our "Little Mule" (the Ford Ranger) down the Mountain and spent a lovely afternoon . Jess is very skilled. She listened to my "list", asked some very pertinent questions and within minutes she "nailed it". The first vehicle she showed me met my "needs" and was already outfitted with a Bull Bar AND a core heater! We didn't discuss color...but she brought me a "Black Pearl"! I know that the color isn't practical...BUT I LOVE IT! I looked at a few but they didn't "fit" like the one she first showed me.
There was absolutely no pressure. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was, hands down, my favorite car buying experience! I highly recommend Jessica, Jess Ford and their staff.
