Danny Colon my sales guy is always courteous & very knowledgeable , and answers all the questions I had. Danny takes the time to explain all the details on the vehicle even told me things that I didn???t know about the vehicle that I was not aware of. I keep going back to this dealer because I???m treated with respect.

Came in with a lot of questions as a first time commercial buyer. Arturo and Arnie were polite, patient and went over things carefully. Arnie, the finance manager, showed me what was a good deal and what wasn???t in my situation. I had done extensive research beforehand about maintenance and warranty programs, and his advice lined up exactly. As we were doing the purchase, Arturo stayed late to make sure he had a chance to walk me through the car button-by-dial to make sure I knew where everything was and all the safety guidelines for commercial vehicles in NYC. I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! Stopped by dealership to check out the cars. Manager Chris offered to find me a car and requested a deposit. I paid. He didn???t find me a car within the period we agreed on and I requested refund. The agent was instructed by Chris to fill out the paperwork and promised that I will get the refund within 7 business days. It???s 14 days since then, I contacted them again and they promised to check, but still no refund. I only wish that I checked their reviews before I went there. Only 2 stars out of 5. *** Today is a happy day for me - finally got the refund. I want to thank Samantha who helped me. She was very efficient, professional and polite.
