Bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Keith Lichucki. He was very straight-forward and accommodating. I took a fair bit of time looking at the vehicle and test-driving it and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. Didn't say anything that sounded like a lie which is something I've experienced with lots of car salesman. The sales process with Keith exceeded my expectations.
The finance guy, Ryan I think, was snarky after I declined the extra warranty service: "I didn't peg you for a betting man" and "I think you're way off base on that". After driving 45 minutes to this dealership, waiting several hours at the dealership for the process to complete, and dropping a lot of money, I could have done without the commentary. From his pushiness, I assume he must get a kick-back or something from selling those warranties.
What a great experience! Jeff is one of the best sales people I have come in contact with in my 60 years. I always felt comfortable during the process and never felt pressured. His knowledge and people skills were phenomenal. I even received a personal visit from Rick while I was there showing that they care all the way to the top. You will not go wrong to deal with this great company.
Amanda and the team were very easy to work with. We did not feel pressured to buy, but felt they were available to answer our questions and take the time we needed to make our decision. The team did a wonderful job of getting us into the car we needed for our family's situation, at the price point we could afford. We were pleasantly surprised by what they were able to do for us. We found the vehicle on the internet we went to the dealership to look. The sales associate I spoke with on the phone was busy so they assigned Matt to show us our vehicle. He had two vehicles brought around for a test drive. We liked one of the two started negotiations and purchased the vehicle. From beginning to end the process was quite enjoyable no pressure just presented our options. Matt was detailed when going over cars accessories. It was certainly worth the trip. Jack was awesome. Took time to answer any and all questions and show me every part of vehicle. I would recommend. Am waiting on a few warranty repairs from service. The part wasn???t correct when i went the first time.
Worked with Cory Fuhrman. He's knowledgeable & honest. We looked at Fords and Kias. He understood that I had to have a great fit for my back. We didn't buy from Dorsch, but it was because another car had a seat that worked better for me. Go buy a car from him!
Got there and looked at the truck. Sales person didn't have a clue about any of the details on or about the truck when I asked him questions. The questions he did answer he seemed unsure about. Was good that even though he didn't know the answer for a question he was willing to go AMD find someone who might know the answer. Paperwork went pretty quick. They weren't really willing to budge on price even though I had driven about hour and a half to get there. They did a poor job on detailing car after I made the purchase. Basically all they did was wash the car and a poor job of vacuuming. There was still dog hair on the back seats from previous owner maybe. Also center console had dirty stains they didn't even bother to clean up. Was just a hurry to get out after buying car. Probably would never go back there.
We were sold a car with a service contract included in the monthly payments and were nver told what the service contract costed. Just what the monthly payments were. They should disclose what the monthly payments would be then sell the extra service contracts!! It wasnt untill later that they added $3000.00 to the cost of a $11,000 car!! Without really looking at the loan contract I would have never known how much the service contract costed.
I worked with Carin on the purchase of a new 2018 KIA Niro. All I can say is AMAZING. She was awesome about everything. Honest with the before actual purchase, very knowledgeable about the questions I was asking. Went back the next day with more questions about the car I couldn't figure out and she was eager to assist me and I left with all my questions answered. The total transaction from start to finish all done in less that a few hours! I would highly recommend asking for Carin when you go into this location. She really was fantastic!
