Fist service on my new Ford - as always the staff were super helpful the service was done on-time and to the quoted cost. We have deal with the folks at Superior Ford in Plymouth for a few years and their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile have always impressed.
This is the only dealership I plan to purchase any future cars from. Mike Sehr, Oliver and the entire sales staff are great. I also purchased the service maintenance plan with my new car and would highly recommend it. The service department is wonderful. I basically drive up for an oil change and any scheduled service, hand them the keys, look thru the showroom for a bit and come back to a serviced and washed car.
I've purchased a few vehicle from Lupient Infiniti over the years and would never buy from another. They have the best customer service. They take the time to help You find the perfect vehicle without pressuring You To buy.
Kirk is wonderful to work with and makes the buying experience fun and enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership is very considerate of your time and they have always had everything ready to go for me when I come in to pick up my new lease. That is much appreciated, and makes it well worth the 2.5 hour drive from Duluth. Dealership is very responsive to questions as well. Great place to do business, looking forward to working with them again in 3 years!

We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn???t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
I arrived just after 4 p.m. & they were busy. It took almost an hour but the customer lounge in the fast lane is a nice place to wait in. they got my work done as quickly as they could that night & as always the service was curious & friendly.
I received excellent service and was appreciated and respected by Jonathan Fern. He explained to me what they were going to do and when my service was completed, he shook my hand and expressed his gratitude for my business. He also liked my 2016 Mustang Convertible. 😀😍😀
Amazing experience and service. Jeff went out of his way to get us the right vehicle at the right price. Even offered to bring the vehicle to us to test drive. This is the second vehicles we have purchased from Buffalo Morrie’s and we will go back.
I drove 2 hrs to check out a couple vehicles I saw on line. With the help of Glen Koppin I was able to make the best choice. Very professional & friendly people without being pushy. Wade Carlson made the paperwork painless while another gentleman at the end of my visit showed me some tricks for my keyless entry, unfortunately I didn't get his name but was a great guy!
