Everything went smoothly and work-to-be-done was explained. I am an elderly woman and they do their best to be sure I understand what they are doing and what they feel should be taken care of with my older car. They are always very helpful.
We called about a used car they had on a Thursday, and they had loan offers ready to go by Monday. Andrew found me a really good rate, and I had my car on Monday evening. It went smooth and they were all very friendly. Overall great experience! I will definitely go back when the time comes for a new car!

I really felt welcome the minute I stepped onto the lot. The employees really seem to enjoy what they do and it comes across in how they interact with the customers like myself. I left really feeling appreciated and taken care of.
The staff went all out to meet my needs and requests. Everyone was polite. Never had to wait for assistance. There was always someone there offering help before you needed it. The place is clean. I never felt pressured to buy something.
The salesman demanded that I come to the dealership to get an idea of the price. The customer is always right from what I know. I wanted to get a general idea of the price over the phone. I saw the Chev Camaro Convertible. I just wanted an idea of the rebate, the price, etc. That would give me an idea whether I was wasting my time or the salesman's time. The salesman did not listen to my needs or try to meet them. Acted like an American TV salesman which I never liked!
I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from then.
Van Horn Hyundai ALWAYS provides us and our vehicle with all around 5 star service. Only hiccup this last visit is while we always have received a printout of their color coded multi-point inspection review along with the invoice every time we have had service done there, we did not receive a copy of that multi-point inspection review this time when we were in for an oil change. We like to keep copies of these things for our records so that we can provide a history of all services preformed on our vehicle, which we purchased from this dealership brand new(2017 Hyundai Elantra). I returned to the dealership the next day to inform them of this and they quickly provided the printout of the multi-point inspection review, no questions asked. Every time we deal with the people at Van Horn Hyundai, from the day we purchased the vehicle through every service appointment we've ever had with them, it's always been a 5 star experience. Thanks again Van Horn!
