I went car shopping a month ago. I hate car shopping but Damian was awesome. Knowledgable and no- pressure. He made the experience tolerable and that’s a major accomplishment because I hate car shopping.
John made the normally aggravating auto buying experience enjoyable. He was not pushy but allow us to go at our pace. He took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Would recommend John to everyone.
We bought a 2019 Explore this week. This is our second vehicle to by from Tomes Ford.

Gerardo Garvalena took good care of me, Jeff was also helpful. Gerardo took a series of videos and pics and sent me, and to sweeten the deal, he even threw in 4 new tires, which i know are not cheap for this vehicle. the Tesla arrived in pristine shape as advertised. the admin staff was helpful in getting purchase and registration documents as well.
Loved this dealership and the ease of the process. Jeff, Gerardo, and Michael were on point with everything and all had easy going demeanors allowing my wife and I to feel comfortable and right at home. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a family owned place that does it right!
We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.
You were the only Dealership in the area that had a selection of Explorers we were interested in. Chris was able to put us in the exact vehicle my wife was looking for. He was attentive, wanted to know what we wanted and set out to find it. He did not try to sell us something other than what we wanted. I really appreciated that approach.
No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.
Worked with Keith Barbin who was very friendly and many years of experience in the industry. We were very selective and purchased a 1 year old 14,000 mile rental return with no issues whatsoever. The interior and exterior were nearly perfect and the condition was “like new”. The price was very reasonable and we were impressed with their “dealer level” service department, which you really don’t find at many used car places. We even had our other two cars serviced there while working on the deal for the new car.
Brian was great, very calm and easy to communicate with. Had a complicated process with financing because I did it with my credit union but they worked with me and were patient.
