There was confusion on my part regarding the extended service contracts that I had purchased along with my new Ford Escape. Suzanne did a wonderful job of solving the problem for me and I am now happy with my purchase. There is no way to delete or edit my previous review dated 6/30/18 and it somehow got put in twice. Sorry about that.
I had a great experience today with this dealership. I submitted an online request for information yesterday afternoon and within 5 minutes I got a call back from the sales manager. They collected personal info and within 30 min I had a quote in my hands. Went to the dealership next day to close the deal and was greatly surprised on how efficient the process was. Mr Randy Orsburn in sales was super professional and made the process so easy and fast. Kudos to the insurance and finance team as well.
I pulled into the car lot expecting a slew of salesman on the attack. Did not happen. I got out of the car, was approached by Terrance Harkey who kindly offered to help me and stayed close by throughout the purchase. I have had several bad experiences with car salespeople throughout the years. Terrance gave me confidence in car salesmen again. Terrance is a high quality professional. Sensitive, informed, knowledgable, caring and respectful. Greg Lusk and Joe Rodela were kind and easy to work with. Greg did a lot of work with the numbers to ensure I got the car I wanted. There was no yelling or screaming between sales and finance. The staff looked and conducted themselves as professionals. There is a nice little coffee shop onsite with free coffee lattes while you wait. This was the most positive car buying experience ever. If you get a salesperson that does not meet your needs, please stop the process, and ask for Terrance Harkey. You will not be disappointed.
For anyone looking for a great Service Advisor that will ensure you and your vehicle are taken care of, I highly recommend Jason Ashcroft at Prestige Ford in Garland.
Was recently out of town and had to take my Ford Edge into another dealership for repairs. Jason stayed in constant contact with both me and the Service Advisor at the Irving location and ensured I was taken care of - even while he was on vacation. I will always request Jason Ashcroft when having my Edge in for service or repairs at Prestige Ford in Garland!
I dealt with 3 different sales personal and financing when trading in my vehicle to buy a bigger one. I was 100% satisfied at the service I received that I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future. Quick and easy process too.
Sheena represented Randall Prestige well. She took care of us, we had fun, and a lot of people got to drive the fabulous Ford cars. So many people were impressed with Ford. It was an amazing experience. Sshe spent ALL day with us to help us fundraise for Garland High School DECA. Prestige is donating $4200. Thank you. You are helping students in your community attend DECA conferences for competition as emerging leaders in business and marketing. We are thrilled and grateful.
We test drove a vehicle and the salesman was professional and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience. We were unable to agree on a trade in value and the salesman told us he would work on the numbers and call, which he never did. That is our only complaint with the dealership. Otherwise it was fine.

I hate buying cars. It???s a long drawn out process where half the time I don???t even drive off in the car I came in for. Charles changed everything and was such a breath of fresh air! It all started when my husband and I were searching for a good deal on USAA where we came across a Ford Escape. It wasn???t even a minute after we clicked on the search button when the phone starts ringing with Charles on the other line ready to help us. First of all, my husband and I are very busy and Charles was the first to understand that. He handled EVERYTHING online for us! I was able to send him everything through email and if I needed anything I could get it done through text message. We agreed on price and told Charles we only had an hour and after that we were leaving. Charles assured us both that everything will be done at the price we discussed. At first I thought it was all fake and was waiting for the typical car sale but my husband and I decided to give Charles a shot and made what he called a ???VIP Appointment??? with him that afternoon. When we showed up, talk about FIRST CLASS SERVICE! He had the vehicle we WANTED parked up front ready for us to take home! My husband and I sat in the tv room where Charles brought everything to us! The vehicle was priced at EXACTLY what he promised us and we signed right there. After signing, Charles introduced us to Steven in service who is our go-to-guy for all our oil changes and service. After meeting Steven, we met Ben Perry in finance who was so amazing and helpful. Ben got us taken care of quickly and was very efficient. As soon as we were done, Charles was waiting for us outside with two sets of keys and taught us everything about our vehicle. We told Charles that we could only stay an hour but we didn???t mind spending an extra 30 minutes with him. He wanted to make sure we understood how to use our new Escape. He hooked up both my phone and my husbands and even fixed it here we could start our car with our phone! It was an amazing experience and I???ll definitely be back every time I???m ready to purchase a new Ford!
We had a great experience at Five Star Ford Plano! Our salesman Brett Ingersoll was very knowledgeable and made the car buying process very easy. He located the car my husband wanted and had it transported to the dealership for us to pick up. He then had Lupita help us get the window tint installed before we picked it up! The finance person Ben Perry was very helpful in getting us the monthly payment we needed but still made sure we had the coverage we needed on a brand new car. The entire experience was just awesome for us. Definitely recommend this dealership! Thank you so much for having such awesome staff!!
The sales and service staff at this dealership are awesome. Becky called me later in the day after I'd dropped my truck off for some diagnostics. We discussed some options for upgrading to a newer, pre-owned vehicle with MUCH fewer miles. She and Wally were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. (Becky also has that happy, pleasant demeanor you just enjoy being around.) Buying a vehicle can be stressful, no doubt, but my experience at Five Star Ford of Plano is always a good one because of people like Becky.

I believe the greatest compliment that can be given a dealership is a return purchase. Bought my second vehicle from Southwest Ford today. Don Rice was our salesman and he really deserves 5 stars for the way he lead me through the entire process. Drove away very satisfied with a new Ford Edge. Bought a truck from Joe D'Angelo at Park Cities Ford. I've bought a lot of cars in my 50 years, but Joe is the best guy I've ever dealt with when buying a car. We felt like we left the dealership with not only a truck, but a friend. I cannot recommend Joe at Park Cities Ford any more highly. The overall dealership experience was great.
