Excellent Service Experience. Explained everything

Service employees were excellent - explained the recall of airbags (greatly appreciated), had all of the parts already there, friendly and completely professional. Normally, I hate going to get my vehicles fixed because I feel so dumb. T. Vaughn employees made the whole experience easy. THANK YOU!
I discussed the issue I had and reviewed the maintenance records I brought with me with Eric, my service rep. Eric was very helpful throughout. The dealership agreed to replace the missing wheel security lugnuts at no charge. Although the replacement lugnuts were not in stock, Eric called me later that same day and arranged for the lugnuts to be quickly installed.
I recently bought a used 2016 Honda HR-V from Texan Hyundai. I found the car from the USAA TruCar search and knew upfront what I would be paying and Texan Hyundai stuck to that. They offered me a lower rate than my bank would have given me and made the whole process easy. It was worth the drive from in Houston out to Rosenberg and overall had a smooth process. I would recommend this dealership.
