In less than 30 minutes I test drove a new F150 and they appraised my 2013 F150 and shot me an offer I countered we settled in the middle and I drove off in a new 2018 F150. Thanks, Poynter Ford you ROCK!!!
Went in on Labor Day to look at new trucks. Salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Brought in my trade 4 days later and was given a very good value for it. I decided to buy a truck they had just put on the lot that day. It had dirt/oil on it from transport and they made sure that it got a full detail for free. They gave me another truck to drive during that time and followed up to make sure I was happy with the job afterwards. This is our second truck purchase from this dealership.
Great customer service! Clint, the salesperson, was very fair negotiating over price and trade-in. He was pkeasant and I never felt pressured. Even got a better loan rate! I love the car...although it's used (2016), it's in excellent condition and is a make/model with a hard to find 2nd row bench seat. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a car, go see them!
The staff was great and friendly. We were greeted at the door. Since I had an appointment the car I was looking at was waiting up front for me. Overall the whole process was smooth and easy. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the dealer tried to upsell me on the price that was shown on the internet. The dealer said the asking price was 16000 and he would knock it down to 15544(original price on internet). I said "No, that's not what was shown online and had to show a screenshot of the real asking price. Long story short I had the price knocked down to 15200. My only advice have your research done and pay attention to paperwork. I almost signed the paper showing the wrong mileage. I would reccomend this place.

I cannot say how impressed I was with all of my dealings with Bob Poynter GM. Gray Nelson answered all of my questions and made a deal work quick and efficiently. I rented a car and drove 7.5 hours one way to pick up my new vehicle. No surprises, just an honest and efficient buying experience. Hats off to Gray on being awesome to deal with.
