Overall lack of management skills. The mangers are rude and condescending..... I was sold a truck with multiple open recalls after I left it there for a week to get them taken care of.
They did not make good or follow through with other promises as well.
This was a very pleasant buying experience. The sales staff was very friendly and easy to work with. The car had just arrived on the lot and had not been detailed when I test drove. After they detailed it, it looked like a new car!
Great service experience with Jeff in the service department. I left my truck and without wait was driven home by Mr. Bass in the courtesy van and picked up when service was complete. This was a smooth transaction and I highly recommend Mike Patton Ford.
I would highly recommend Rivertown Fords service department. They got my car fixed in a very reasonable time . They were very helpful with checking my warranty to make sure I was covered even though I didn’t buy my car through their dealership .
Great service with plenty of help. A pleasure doing business with them. The facilities are very welcoming and provides excellent services and every amenities. Plenty of selections to cover everyone’s tastes.
I came in early so I could make appointments I had other places that day but, after 2 hours and 40 minutes I was finally out the door having missed my other appointment. Might not sound that bad but, I was only there for 2 tires. The person at the desk seemed understanding and offered his apologies. They were struggling with their tire balancing machine which I understand but, being a place that does tons of tires this shouldn't be something that puts you down for hours. I would likely pay the few extra bucks and go somewhere else that I've had better experiences with in the past like express oil or greys tire services.
The team at AutoNation is wonderful. Wayne introduced us to the F150s. Then we had help from Jaylen, Jody and Berky. All were incredibly kind and patient with us. It was the most pleasant and easy car buying experience. We appreciate everyone"s help.
It was Labor Day weekend. I was traveling to NAS Corpus Christi, Texas with my 19 year old daughter. She was to report for duty (U.S. Navy) 09/01/18. The sunroof on my Expedition would not close. The forecast called for heavy rain the next day. I called AutoNation and was told to bring the vehicle in ASAP. I was greeted by a charming, helpful lady (Jessica) who listened to me and understood the seriousness of the situation. The vehicle was taken to a service bay and I went to the waiting area. In less than 30 minutes, I was back on the road. I am truly grateful for everyone at AutoNation who made this a pleasant experience. What would typically be a stressful situation was in fact, informative and satisfying. Thank you so much.
I stopped by to look at the Ford Flex because I had spotted one earlier in the week which I thought looked very sharp. I was not really needing to trade as my Acadia was still in great shape but the Flex is so cute and has so many options that I finally gave in to my wants and drove home in my new Flex .
I have a wonderful experience everytime I go in for servicing. All the gentlemen in the service department are friendly and very helpful! I've never had a complaint.
