Came in with a lot of questions as a first time commercial buyer. Arturo and Arnie were polite, patient and went over things carefully. Arnie, the finance manager, showed me what was a good deal and what wasn???t in my situation. I had done extensive research beforehand about maintenance and warranty programs, and his advice lined up exactly. As we were doing the purchase, Arturo stayed late to make sure he had a chance to walk me through the car button-by-dial to make sure I knew where everything was and all the safety guidelines for commercial vehicles in NYC. Lena introduced the car buying process to me, and made it extremely simple to do so. She taught me a lot of brand new things about buying a new car. Glad she took the time to help me out and explain this whole new process to me. I could not be any more satisfied with my new Edge I leased from her.
This is my 3rd leased vehicle through Stamford Lincoln and it is as always a pleasurable experience. Barry Pasqualini, my salesman, is the greatest. Stopped by dealership to check out the cars. Manager Chris offered to find me a car and requested a deposit. I paid. He didn???t find me a car within the period we agreed on and I requested refund. The agent was instructed by Chris to fill out the paperwork and promised that I will get the refund within 7 business days. It???s 14 days since then, I contacted them again and they promised to check, but still no refund. I only wish that I checked their reviews before I went there. Only 2 stars out of 5. *** Today is a happy day for me - finally got the refund. I want to thank Samantha who helped me. She was very efficient, professional and polite.
