We contacted Mid Bay Ford in regards to a Lincoln Navigator we found online. We live almost 3 hours from this dealership and we knew what we wanted, but needed more photos of any damage to the vehicle before we made the long drive there. We were assisted by Gladis and Gabriela from their internet sales department in obtaining additional details and photos on the car. The information they provided us, helped us make the decision to drive down there. When we arrived we were greeted by Omar Rocha. He had the car pulled up, took us for our test drive and then introduced us to the manager Charlie. The car was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We quickly agreed on a price with Charlie and started the paperwork with Omar (who was also the finance person). My husband handled the paperwork and was done before I was off the phone with our insurance company. This was EASIEST car buying experience either of us has ever had. The staff were all professional and friendly and while they informed us of options, they put no pressure on us to buy or to add on options. I would highly reccomend this dealership! Car buying is normally a stressful ordeal, so this was a pleasant surprise. Thank you again to Omar and Charlie for making this process so easy and actually enjoyable.

It was a great experience. This is my first car. I don't know much about dealership but they helped me a lot. One thing Tonne improved is the speed of operation. The waiting time during my buying was a little bit too long.
Great service, and easy buying. Went to check out a truck the other night and the customer service was amazing. Next morning I got there as soon as they opened and started the process. After all negotiations were over I drove away with a clean vehicle. From 11am to 2pm, start to finish, to to bad if you ask me.
Great sale support. My UpFit rebate is going to expire within 14 days. Knowing my dead line is coming up, Elizabeth and Scott put some priority on my paperworks. They were able to process the receipt and got it approved within a week. It only took a couple of phone calls and emails throughout the whole process. I was worried the whole process might take a long time and I would miss the deadline. Thanks to Elizabeth and Scott, I can enjoy my 4th of July knowing I will receive the rebate check soon.
We were very pleased with our experience here. The sales staff is not pushy like other Ford stores and they really try to put you in the best position possible. The previous experience we had with Frontier Ford was such a great experience that we came back to do it all again. I'm one of those people that absolutely hates going to any car dealership but Frontier Ford has given me hope that there are good people still left in this world.
Great experience. I called ahead about minivan I saw on their website. I prearranged a visit to the dealer. I was promptly treated by Robert of the sales staff. He showed me the minivan I had called about. I wasn’t that impressed once I saw it, but saw another minivan that was a good match. Test drove the car, got a quote - no pressure. I told them I needed time to compare and decide. I did get a follow up call. I didn’t commit to a time or date to return, but did call the next weekend and arranged a time to return. I bought the car, and requested my credit union. Smooth process. I left the dealership a very happy lady.

Daniel Goff was very professional, he made the transaction very pleasant. I came didn’t expect to get a car I wasn’t optimistic about going to a dealership knowing I’m get turned down but everything changed when we got there. We were greeted by Gilbert n he introduced us to Daniel Goff. From then on he took care of us. The process was smooth. The whole team with the finance department. Thank you guys for making this possible. My mom told don’t worry Ford will take care of you, you’re gonna get a car. I recommended this dealer to all my friends and family. God Bless.
Overall a decent experience. Sales guy ran my credit after I asked him multiple times not to, as I was pre-approved with my military credit union. Minus 2 stars for that. 5 stars for Jamie in finance though, super easy to work with and straightforward. He made the process quick and painless.
