I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. This was my first oil change and tire rotation on my new car purchased at this dealership. They were on time for my appointment, did the job and I was on my way. That's the way I like it. Will continue to travel 60+ miles one-way to visit an honest and dependable dealership.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

And he kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and got me financed. They made sure my vehicle was good to go before leaving the parking lot, washed and detailed it and even filled the gas tank up!!! I would highly recommend Bill!

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

I've bought new and used cars and trucks here. I have everything serviced here also as the Service Department and Mechanics are Top Notch. Do yourself a favor and drive the short trip to Cedar Springs. They will Service any make of Vehicle also.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.
