Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Dealt with a service advisor that I was unfamiliar with since my normal one was out that day. Specifically stated the name who I was familiar working with and assumed that the visit/work order would be passed on to them upon their return. That didn?t happen. One thing lead to another and legitimate issues with my vehicle were found. It was determined that my extended warranty covered most of what was required. Twice durring the time they had my vehicle for 10 days, I was given a timeframe that things would be done, or there would be contact. Both times I waited until the following day to initiate contact myself. The excuses for the work taking longer were understandable. Had I been kept in the loop in a timely manner, I wouldn?t have any issue. My past experience with the service representative that I?m used to dealing with was the polar opposite. They always kept me informed in a timely manner as promised. I?m not a needy person nor do I engage in creating drama, I just like to be kept up to date/in the loop as told. Going forward, l will make sure that the person I?m familiar with is the only one that I deal with at this dealership.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

We just bought my son's first car, and Gulsah in the used car department was amazing. She was very patient, transparent and honest with us throughout the entire process. She ever pulled some additional information for a similar car we were considering at another dealer. Her sales manager was straight forward and not pushy as well. I've had some bad experiences with their service department in the past, but our most recent interaction with Gulsah and the used department couldn't have been better.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.
